Placements: For 2022 batch, companies are still coming. Additionally, companies like EY, TCS, Eigopaathshaala are hiring for B.Com (hons) and various other courses. Packages are good for start. Internship opportunities are provided for all the batches and courses.
Placements: I was pursuing B.Sc. Hons in Mathematics from Janki Devi Memorial College, and passed out this year itself. As of what I know, my friends and people from my department whom I know didn't get many placement offers. So I'd say the percentage was for sure below 20%, also due to this I can't say anything about package offers, recruiting companies, since None in my knowledge availed this. But the internship rate was somewhat good, above 50% I can say, companies were mainly from the teaching field an...
Placements: Placements are average. There are various placement cells in our college and what all we have heard from seniors is they all are satisfied with the placements by the college, various internship opportunities are also available for us which will help us in the future.
Placements: I am pursuing B.Com from this college. Placements in our college are good. About 70% of students get an internship in the college. Top recruiting companies visit our college for placements. The salary package offered ranges from 5-7 LPA. Top roles like a manager, etc., are offered by the companies.
Placements: Many internship opportunities are not provided in our college. There's a placement cell, which is very hard working. They organise various seminars. Various companies like Dare2Compete, Lineup, Advisory, etc., offered placements for the 2022 batch with a salary package of around 2 LPA-4 LPA.
Placements: Our college offers excellent placement opportunities. Many reputed companies recruit students in bulk like KPMC, Deloitte, Infosys, HUL, Google and many more. They offer a salary package ranging from 10 LPA-20 LPA. I really recommend to all my friends to take admission to our college.
Placements: 72% of students got placed from our college. The highest package was 60,000, and the lowest may go up to 20,000. The top recruiting companies are Accenture, Axis Bank, Deutsche Bank etc. Internships are both unpaid and paid offered by our college. The role of data analyst, risk analyst, research writer, research associate and investment banker roles are offered under the course of economics Hons.
Placements: About 40% of the students from our course get placed. Companies like Ernst & Young, etc., visit our college for placements. Many students participated in placements, but only 40% of them got shortlisted. An online exam is conducted, and they conduct 2-3 rounds of interviews and then final selections. Placements in our college are good.
Placements: Percentage Should be 60% or more for the placements. We didn't get any package offerings. We can attend seminars, they are mostly about career options. It was more like public service work. The course enable scopes in cracking exams like UPSC and etc. Also we can go further like M.A. in philosophy or law.
Placements: The placement cell of our college is satisfactory. During the Covid-19 situation, the placement cell not only takes care of students health but also provided students with various work from home internship opportunities in collaboration with various companies such as PlanetSpark, Dare2Compete and ICICI Bank with salary packages of around 3 LPA-4 LPA. Not only this, but also they offer off-campus placement drives, which are generally conducted by E&Y and D.E. Shaw and Co. Students are hired for t...
Placements: Only around 10% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 5 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 4 LPA. Companies that are recruiting in this college are not well-known. You can get most of the internships from anywhere else too. Top roles offered were in sales and marketing.
Placements: Hardly 20% of the students got placed out of more than 150 students. The highest salary package offered was around 4 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. The top recruiting company was EY, in which around 10 students got placed. Students rarely got internships in good companies. Top roles offered were sales and marketing.
Placements: Good companies like E&Y come here for recruitment. The placements are very good. The average package offered is around 3.5 LPA by the companies I volunteered. Overall, it was a great experience.
Placements: The college provides minimum opportunities for placements. There is no such good programme for the campus recruitment process. There are limited extracurricular activities. The college did not even provide proper opportunities for internships to students.
Placements: I am aware that there are no placements for our B.A Hons in sociology course, but I am not sure about placements of other courses. However, our college provides the perfect platform to pursue study further in the course. There are great faculty members. There are great opportunities for internships and field activities other than academics.
Placements: In the political science department, there are quite low chances of getting placements through our university. There is a placement society in our college which posts regularly on social media platforms and keeps you updated about upcoming placements. Moreover, seminars are being held, which makes you prepared for interviews.
Placements: I was not much aware of the placements as most of my batchmates, including me, were preparing for higher studies or competitive examinations. However, as far as I have heard, there were pretty good placements for students who wanted a job along with other things.
Placements: Placements are not the best thing you will find in most of the DU colleges because most students wish to go for higher studies and many of the students who opt for political science are UPSC aspirants. The placement cell has tied up with Internshala and LinkedIn provides various internships according to the interests and preferences.
Placements: Companies like KPMG, PWC, Genpact, Accenture offer job profiles mostly as Process Associate. You need to be good in speaking skills and prepare well for Group Discussion and Personal interview rounds. 60% of students get placed before final semester.
