It is tough to crack the entrance exam, but it is worth it.
Placements: All the students apply on their own, and everyone gets placed. Some students opt for Ph.D. abroad or in prestigious Indian institutes. A 3-month internship program is provided, where students can do an internship in their area of interest. JIPMER has a good name.
Infrastructure: The college has great facilities of Wi-Fi, library, central AC classrooms, good mess food and playgrounds. Multiple mess facilities are available, and you can choose, or outsiders always deliver here. The infrastructure is pretty fascinating as it's a new building. It is pretty much a good place.
Faculty: The faculty members are very knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is not specific to a subject, and it's an amalgamation of all. You can explore and find your area of interest. The exams are good, and a minimum of 50% is the passing criteria.

Q:   How much time is required for INI CET preparation?

A:

Overall six months time is sufficent for INI CET preparation. This includes 4 month in depth study and 2-month for revision work. The moment a candidate plan to appear for the INI CET, first and formost things he/she should do is to draw a study plan. Focus on those subjects where you are strong in terms of concept. Don't spend too musch time initially on subjects where you are weak. This will demotivate you and affect your preparation. Keep this in mind that concept is key. High yielding topics must be prepared properly to score good marks in INI CET exam.
