Absolutely dissatisfied because of None of the core companies visited the campus up to my batch.

Placements: Placements are somewhat better for CSE ECE and EEE compared to Civil. Some IT companies will give a chance to Civil Engineers if you have good basic knowledge in C-Language. Core companies are not interested to visit the campus because it is just developing branch which is started in 2011.

About JNTUA College of Engineering, Pulivendula.

Placements: Placements in this college are not fit for engineers. Though it is a university, it is pathetic. The campus recruitments done in the college are not related to the course. Coming to the mechanical field, you won't find any company related to the core. So, it is better to opt another college if you are interested in placements.

Really good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Comming to placements, maximum 5 to 6 companies visited this college in that TCS is the main one. Up to 2015, TCS conducted On campus drive. From 2016 onwards, they conducted the off-campus drive. Comming to remaining 5 companies they conduct the on-campus drive. The salary packages are up to Rs.3,00,000 to Rs. 3,50,000 per annum.

The college is with the high profile, but has less internships and campus placement offers.

Placements: The recruiters came to the college regularly, but they hire less in number. The packages offered by the companies are good enough, and the hiring companies will need to get a huge number. The company will often visit in IT only, but the rest of IT is less. The placement cell is little inactive, and it would need to bring many platforms to avail opportunity.

It is better than the private colleges in every aspect.

Placements: The placements are nice. Only some companies visit the college to recruit the students. For many companies, we have to attend the interviews at JNTUA Anantapur for placements. Offline campus recruitments are high in this area. The placement cell is trying to get more. For now, the placements are less and are going to JNTUA Anantapur for getting the jobs. TCS is visiting yearly and many others.

Apart from the placements and faculty, rest of the things are good.

Placements: In our college, placements were not good. Only 53% of the students got placed during our batch. The highest salary package was Rs. 4.2 lakhs per annum and I can't remember the company name. Also, the lowest one was Rs. 2.5 Lakhs. There was a placement cell, but they won't be in your favour.

In the view of college life, it is excellent but coming to the education view, I'm dissatisfied.

Placements: The placements on the campus won't be more, previously TCS wish to come here, but now they are not visiting the campus. If they visit, they recruit just 4-5 students. The average salary offered to the students was 3.33 LPA. I done my internship at BHEL Hyderabad, but those internships have done by self only, as it is a government college, so no one cares about anything.

Please choose a better college to join in civil engineering.

Placements: We don't have any placements. Our seniors also faced problems in placements. Now our seniors are facing many problems to get a job as we are civil engineering students. In our college, the placements are offering only to the roles related to software. There are no placements in civil department.

Totally, out of five, we can give two stars for this college

Placements: There is a cell called placement cell only for a name in our college. The placement cell didn't call any companies for our batch. Only 2 companies came for our mechanical department and selected only 2 members out of 60. They called marketing companies for mechanical.

Review of JNTUA College of Engineering, Pulivendula.

Placements: No placements are there. Everyone, they have to try for off-campus placements only if you expect anything from the college; it is just a waste of our time. Only you need to possess strong skills; then only you can be able to crack a job from that college, which is the worst college.

Very good college with affordable money and lots of time for self-study.

Placements: I completed my engineering degree at JNTU Pulivendula in the year 2019 in the department of computer science and engineering. The course is very good, with a valuable syllabus according to job requirements in society. In our batch, nearly 65 percent of students got placed off campus. The highest package is INR 7 LPA, the lowest is INR 2.5 LPA and the average is INR 4 LPA. The recruiting companies are Wipro and TCS.10 percent of students got internships. Data scientists and web developers are the...

Placements: 60% people placed in placements. The package in between 3LPA to 7LPA. The companies like Aditya Birla, Tech mahendra etc. Most of the members got internships in their respective domains. Many subjects are learned in this course like os, compiler design, block chain etc.

Dissatisfied because of food in mess, but feel good facilities and infrastructure.

Placements: About 20% of students are placed in our course (EEE). The highest Package is 4 LPA and the lowest package is 2.5 LPA. There are only two recruiting companies for our EEE which are WIPRO and INFOSYS. Around 5% may get a chance to attend for TCS interview. None of them got an internship from our course in any of the companies. The percentage of getting an internship is zero. AE role is the top role offered in our course.

Placements: The campus is good. About 90% of students in our course got placed. The highest salary offered was Rs. 80,000 per month, and the lowest salary offered ranged between Rs. 20,000 and Rs. 25,000 per month. Top recruiting companies are Mahindra, Kia, and Wipro.

Infrastructure is very good.

Placements: There are no placements in our college. It is a government college, so it lacks companies. The college has very fewer offers for students for jobs, and there are no recruiting companies for the civil engineering course in our college.

I am dissatisfied because of placements.

Placements: Our college was established in 2006, but civil engineering was introduced in 2011. I have joined in 2018 batch. Placements are not available for civil engineering branch. However, our college is the best regarding the atmosphere, sports and fests.

It is a good college to get jobs, but our skills are poor. However, remaining everything is fine.

Placements: More than 95% admissions are filled during my tenure. The highest salary package offered is above 6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is around 4 LPA. Wipro, TCL, Cognizant, and some other companies visit here for placements. More than 70% of the students got internships in Wipro as a software developer and application designing.

Certificate provided by JNTUA is very valuable.

Placements: There were good placements for us, and training was provided as per the company standards. In all the colleges, they train students as per company requirements. I did not get placed because of lack of academic percentage. The minimum academic percentage is required to attend placements.

Satisfied with the college for my undergraduation as I plan for higher studies.

Placements: Not at all satisfied with the placements, not even a single company come to recruit people! Placement cell is of no use at all! Coming to core branches, many companies may not be knowing that a college like us exist and there are students studying there!
