This college is not up to the mark in quality of teaching. Lab instructors do not teach well. Classes are not conducted as per schedule. Placement is pathetic and no good companies visit the college. There's a good mix of senior and junior teachers at JSS Academy of Technical Education (JSSATE). Most of the junior faculty is assigned to the first years and thus students here are pretty much satisfied with the faculty. Mechanical and Civil departments are said to be the best of the lot. The campus is small as compared to other b-schools. There is also not enough ground available for outdoor activities such as cricket and football. The college has comfortable classrooms. The college has good faculty. The campus is great with lots of hanging out spots and huge land space. It has the best canteen and bookshop for all kind of things.
