Improve your skills and grow your knowledge. But average campus life with great clinical exposure.
Placements: Usually, the intake is for around 100 students per year. Campus placements are also available. For Nursing Courses, we can go abroad quickly as there is a significant demand in this field, and it also helps in ensuring a job no matter what. There is also the facility to join JSS Hospital after the course.
Infrastructure: There is only a hostel for girls and not for boys. There you would have shared rooms with 2- 4 girls. The food is below average, and it's primarily Karnataka-based meals and has a common dining hall and toilet facilities. There are no canteen facilities other than the hospital canteen.
Faculty: The teachers in the College are of good knowledge and capable of teaching the syllabus thoroughly. Labs are designated subjects according to your needs. There is also JSS Hospital for your clinical exposure, equipped with more than enough facilities to provide knowledge regarding nursing and clinical experience. Since it is one of India's largest hospitals, it has more than enough facilities to accommodate and develop your skills in your respective wards.
Other: I chose this course because I am interested in nursing, and it ensures a safe job and helps others. I wish the campus life could be better even though we have an excellent hospital and clinical exposure. We could better compare campus life to other good institutions. It is average only, there will be a sessional conducted three times a year, and some rules among RGUHS make the course more challenging than it needs to be, like there is no option for revaluation once your exam results are published. Also, cultural events and sports are organized every year. Other programs like journal clubs, research groups and activities are present. Outside lectures and programs held. There is also an above-average library currently in the college. There are also some scholarships which can become available through the concerned office methods. My most important advice is if you are looking for an institution to help you discover your skills and grow your studies. It will be an excellent place for you. But if you're looking to enjoy your college life and dreaming of an entirely free campus in which you can go around and be lazy, it may not work. I have tried out, and it didn't go as planned as they have strict rules which, if I do not follow will be marked absent and given punishment and to fo work in the hospital according to my leave days. Also, you must reach the concerned requirements for the exam to be eligible to write an exam. Also, there would be viva and record completion, case writing, case sheet filling, etc. The fees may change according to each year.

Our college provides good infrastructure.
Placements: There were about 100 students in our class. Our college provided placement opportunities. Top recruiting companies like Max Hospitals, Apollo, etc., visited our campus.
Infrastructure: Our college provided excellent infrastructure. A library was available. Classrooms were under CCTV surveillance. We had a modern and efficient lab facility. The hostel facility was only available for girls. A mess was available for students who stayed in hostels.
Faculty: Our teachers were good, helpful, and qualified. The course curriculum was relevant. The course made students industry-ready. Exams were conducted on a yearly schedule.
Other: I chose this course to help the needy. Cultural events and festivals were good. The atmosphere at the college was pleasant.

It was a good opportunity to study in my college and to get good clinical exposure at JSS Hospital.
Placements: There were 100 students in our batch, and we have completed our 4 years of college life. There was no recruitment. For the 4 years in 2019, it was 700,000 without food and accommodation for boys. Now the fees have increased, and I enjoyed the college life.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure was basic; it was an old hospital building, but the training in the new hospital with 1800 beds was an amazing experience. It made us work in all departments and have got clinical experience. The faculty was also good, and overall it was good.
Faculty: We were having yearly exams, and it was good. The faculty was also good, we enjoyed it, but sometimes the university would change the exam strategies and mark distribution. It made it difficult for us, and we were not able to know it early, so it was a difficult situation.
