Review of K.C.College of Engineering.

Placements: Placements are decent but require some CGPA. College should allow and sponsor ideas and projects of students. There are placements from giant sector companies like Microsoft, IBM, Tata, and more than 100 companies listed in tech.

K.C.College of Engineering and Management Studies and Research is the best.

Placements: Almost 30% of the students got placed in good companies with good packages. The highest salary package offered in college is nearly 4 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. The average salary package offered is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies in our college are White Hat Jr. and Infocus. Every student got an unpaid internship and only unpaid internships are available.

Faculty members are good, and it is a good college for academically average students.

Placements: Internships are always offered. Mentors are quite supportive and play a good role in this as they recognise students' skills and offer them with a kind of internship. You have to describe your needs and expectations, and the remaining work is done by the mentors.

The college is not up to the mark, but it is growing steadily.

Placements: Placements of the college are not that great. Generally, they used to offer jobs related to BPOs which were not good to join. They had conducted very few job fairs. Companies do visit the campus, but the salary packages offered were below average. There were no 100% placements. The course curriculum for the engineering course was good. Many students opt for higher studies for better career.

Average placements in 2013.

Placements: The placements are below average. A lot of pool campus opportunities are available. There are more chances of getting IT job profiles during the placements. The average placement % might be around 30 to 40%. The highest package was around 5 LPA with minimum up to 2 LPA and the average package is 3 LPA.

Good faculty. Campus is not much big but okay. Placement is okay and no events. Study related great.

Placements: Here a rare chance to get placed from the campus. So I request you my all friends find the company on your own, don't depend on the college. TPO team work hard to get the company but less visited the campus. Mostly, the off-campus drive is there. If you are from IT or computer science, then off-campus companies are there, but if you are from ETRX/EXTC, then there is somehow you lack company's requirements.

The college seems to be upgrading, but as of now its not worth.

Placements: The on-campus placement ratio is too bad, but if you are worthy enough, then you can get a package of Rs. 3.6 to 4 Lakhs annually. The companies like Teradata, Zycus hire students here. The roles offered to them varies from the tech support to the core IT jobs. The highest package offered to the students of the previous batch was Rs. 4 Lakhs. Also, the internship ratio is not more than 3% here, and the stipend offered was Rs. 18,000. There is also a placement cell which is continuously striving ...

Would not recommend as a first preference. An average engineering college.

Placements: Most of the companies which came to our college for placement were for the IT and computer science profiles.Very few electronic profile companies came for hiring and the package offered was very less. ZTE was the first telecom company which offered the highest package of 2.5 lacs here.

I have mixed reviews for this college. Campus facilities are not that good and events are not organized, and if organized, then they are mostly student driven. Placements are only average. The fee structure at my time of joining was very high, which I feel is not worth the money invested, as the ROI has lowered. The Faculty Members are not up to the mark and even the college crowd is not so great. I will not recommend this college to others.

This college is good for the person who wants to do his engineering only for certification purpose. Pros : 1) 10 min walk from Thane station. 2) Affiliated to MU. Cons :1) No placements. 2) Fees are too high. 3) Canteen is not that good.

The infrastructure is comparatively good than other colleges. There is no canteen there. The teaching is not up to the mark. Fees are more as compared to other colleges. Festivals are good, both Detroix and Reflexion. It's at a 5-minute walking distance from Thane station. There are inter-collegiate sports every year in the month of January or February. IVS are there for TE and BE students.

KC college is a good college in Thane.

Placements: Placement of KC College is average. The ratio of placement is 25 to 35%. TCS, TCL, Wytesx, and Wipro are coming for placements. The average package is 2.5 LPA. The highest package is 5.5 LPA. That's why my experience with placement is average; you go for other colleges.

I'm satisfied with this college. Teachers are so good and helpful in this college

Placements: Our college has avarage placement record. With many local companies visiting our college campus each year. There is a commete for college placement who helps students. If you have good score in academic years then you can easily get very good package from the company

Average placements and infrastructure, good events, etc.

Placements: 50% students get placed every year, sometimes the percent increases. The highest package is 10 LPA and the lowest is 2 LPA. Companies like NTT visit the college. No internships are offered in the college, online internships are available to increase your skills.

Pretty decent college for engineering .

Placements: Placement that students get here are pretty average. Technical and soft skills training is provided by the college. TPO staff are really helpful for this purpose. Packages offered are in range of 4-12 L, also depending upon company and course opted.

A homely college in the east of Thane.

Placements: The companies came less in number for the campus recruitment in the year I was graduating. It happened mostly because of the shift in the leadership of training and placement office (TPO) that year. I am not aware of the current situation of TPO. But I can say that people who studied in the college have got placed in Microsoft, IBM, TCS etc.
