My college of dreams in Jaipur.

Placements: In my college, around 25% of B.Com students were placed. The average salary package is 3 lakhs per annum, with the highest reaching 5.5 lakhs per annum. The top recruiting companies for my course include SutraHR, Flexiple, JAC Recruitment, Randstad, and many others. My course offers a lot of opportunities.

Infrastructure: The facilities provided in college are above average, catering to everything a student might need. There are around 7-8 classrooms for our course, which is great. The library is quiet but old-fashioned, and the overall infrastructure of the college is pretty basic.

Faculty: The teachers and professors are very cooperative, helpful, and focused on our studies. They are highly professional in their subjects, and the quality of their teaching is excellent. While the course curriculum is relevant, it does not fully prepare students for the job market. To be job-ready, you’ll need to pursue a master's degree or additional qualifications.

Kanoria College and hostel reviews.

Placements: In our college, I have seen that the placements given to students are really good and appreciable. It offers a minimum of 1.2 lakh and a maximum of 5 lakh Rs, depending on your qualifications. A placement program is held for students of semester 6 before farewell, in which companies come and review students' CVs and resumes to provide placements.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our hostel is quite nice, considering the fees they charge, which is 95,000 for AC rooms and 78,000 for non-AC rooms. Our hostel mess provides better quality food compared to other hostels. They have a weekly menu, based on which they provide us with four meals: breakfast, lunch, refreshments, and dinner. There are plenty of opportunities in sports too; in fact, most of the gold medalists from Jaipur come from our college.

Faculty: The faculty at our college is the best. Each and every teacher listens to your problems, not only subject-related issues but also personal issues, and provides guidance. The curriculum is provided by the University of Rajasthan and is quite good for semester 1. The exams for my course are conducted as per the semester scheme, in which we have to take internals before final exams, and we have exams twice a year.

Other: There are many events in our college, but an event named KASTURI is the most famous among the whole of Jaipur. The KASTURI fest lasts for two to three days, during which many schools and colleges participate. Additionally, the campus of our college is really good and environmentally friendly, with trees everywhere. I love it.

A college with good teaching and supportive faculty, but poor placements.

Placements: Kanoria PG Mahavidyalaya is a decent college for B.Com. Placements could be improved. Around 20-30% of students from B.Com get placed. The highest salary package offered is around 3 LPA - 4 LPA. The average salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 1.8 LPA. Some of the top recruiting companies are ICICI Bank, HDFC, Bank, and Reliance. Internships are not common here. Only 10-15% of students got internships in mostly local firms. Roles offered mainly include finance executive, accounting assistant, and sales associate. Overall, it is a good college for studies, but not the best if students are looking for high placement rates.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is average. Classrooms and the library are decent. Wi-Fi is slow and often unreliable. The hostel is basic. Its rooms are manageable. The food quality in the mess and canteen could improve. Medical facilities are minimal, mostly first-aid. Sports options are limited with some indoor games and a small outdoor area. Our college provides fair academics but needs to upgrade.

Faculty: Our teachers are knowledgeable and supportive. They explain concepts well, though some subjects could use more practical examples. The B.Com curriculum is fairly relevant but lacks industry exposure. Exams are manageable. If students study regularly, most students pass with a pass rate of around 85-90%. There is a good teaching quality but more real-world applications would help.

An average college for students.

Placements: It provides many placement offers for those who are looking for jobs after graduation. They also provide extra courses at a low cost. Many companies, like Tata, Bajaj, etc., collaborate with the college for placements. They work for students betterment.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of college is pretty good: a large building garden music classes playground swimming pool, etc. You can choose multi-games; they provide you with the facilities for achieving sportsmanship. They work on you and provide you with the best you want but they are biased sometimes.

Faculty: All courses are not available. They show more than they have. Teachers are not available for every subject. They do not allow you to choose your subject. You have the choice; they make you available. You will have to deal with it.

Institute's teaching quality is great.

Placements: There were limited placement opportunities at our college. Around 30% students gets placements every year. Average package offered in our course was 4 lpa. Top recruiting companies were from the banking sector. Top roles offered were accountants, auditor etc.

Infrastructure: The college campus is spread over a wide area. The college campus has a high-speed Wi-Fi connection. The labs at the college have properly working instruments. The library of the college has seating for all types of books. Classrooms in departments were air-conditioned. The college has a canteen with good food at low prices.

Faculty: The college professors in our course are qualified and knowledgeable. Faculty assist us in all the situations. Students can ping any teacher regarding their doubts at any time. Teachers were very strict during classes. The Rajasthan University course curriculum is followed in our institute, which is relevant to the present industry.
