Partially Satisfied with the students performance in exams.

Placements: As our course was introduced only in 2021. We are the 2nd batch for this course. We hope that our seniors and we will be placed in good company with packages. Our faculty members are trying their best to give us both practical and theory knowledge. Placements are average as of now for our seniors but not for this course. (B.Tech Artificial Intelligence and Data Science).

About the experience in my college.

Placements: In our college, nearly 70 percentage of students got placed. The average salary is 3LPA. The highest package is 6LPA. Amazon, Wipro, tcs, infosys are some of the top recruiting companies. After studying this course, you can enter in software field, if you interested in coding, otherwise you can choose hardware.

It is a perfect college to do the course and extracurricular activities.

Placements: Out of 40, 30 students were getting placements based on their practical knowledge. The salary package offered is based on the company and the knowledge of students. The highest package offered is 8 LPA. Internship programs for students may vary based on their interests. It is not compulsory to attend the internship that is offered by the college. Students can do whatever they want.

This college has good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: In our college placement percent is average. The highest paid salary package is nearly 6 LPA and the lowest paid is nearly 1.5. LPA. I have seen many companies visiting for recruitment like Zoho, ILM, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The average salary through on-campus recruitment is 2.6 LPA. It provides opportunities to avail student's projects in the industry as an internship with a stipend during their graduation.

There is no scope to be industry-ready due to resigning of faculty members.

Placements: From our batch, about 50% of students got placed. The highest salary package offered was about 5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. None of the reputed companies visited here for placements. There is an in-built IT park in our college, which is a new startup. Students do their interns mostly there. The roles offered for students are a system admin, project trainee, etc.

Review of Kathir College of Engineering - KCE.

Placements: The college is very well concerned about placements, but its implementation is not too good. They must give a chance for everyone to attend the inter-college campus placements. They should provide good training for students to do well in personal interviews including the training for good communication skills.

Dissatisfied because of placements and facilities. The teaching methods need to be upgraded.

Placements: Placements in our college were not fair compared to other colleges. They provided placements, not for graduates' future, but only to promote the college. No reputed company visits our college to recruit students. Only some unknown companies visit our college. I would rate the placements 3.5 out of 100. The average salary offered was around Rs. 10,000 per month. There is no guarantee of providing job opportunities.

I'm not at all satisfied with placements.

Placements: I don't suggest this college to anyone. Please don't make the mistake that I have done. The college doesn't provide good placement opportunities. Not even a single student from our college gets placed. Not even 10% of students from our batch get placed. Not even a single student from our junior batch get placed.

Dissatisfied because of all, not up to the expectations, .

Placements: There's not even a single core company for a placement, mostly are BPO related jobs, And contract based consultancy company for 1 years, Internship was organized by students only, Placement cell was there but not efficient, And the company those who selected our students didn't call them till now, And mainly students need to pay amount to the college to Bring these companies to our college placements.

Good placements for circuit branch students. Bad engineering study exposure.

Placements: The placements are good only for first-class students. For core stream students like mechanical, civil and aeronautical engineering, they did poor placements. They always try to place such students in BPOs. The highest package is 3.4 LPA CTC by CTS. There is a placement cell and soft skill training too. There were only BPO companies from on-campus. The students who got placed in TCS, CTS, Tech Mahindra are all through off-campus interviews.

Good infrastructure, average placements, and less exposure.

Placements: They will help you in all aspects to get placed. But, they will bring mostly BPO companies which take the female candidates as they will be fit for voice process. You can get into core companies only in off-campus recruitments. If you get good percentages, extra classes will be provided with expert teachers for employment.

This college is not bad if you only need a degree and a job.

Placements: The college is bringing more companies for campus placements. You've to be skilled enough to get a job. My college has soft skill development department, which helps to improve communication skills to get placed. My senior batch placement percentage is 70%, and my batch placement percentage is 65%. The highest salary package offered was 5.5 LPA in IVTL Infoview, Chennai. The lowest salary offered was 1.2 LPA in KGISL, Coimbatore. Most of the students got placed as a software developer.
