Our college provides the best placements but only for 4-5 students in a class.
Placements: Only below 10% of students are placed. The highest salary package offered is 4.2 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 2.25 LPA. Top recruiting company is ITC India. No students got internship programs. But I expected at least 30-40% of students will get placements in this program. The top role offered is junior chemical engineer.
Infrastructure: Facilities available in our college are good. There is no hostel facility provided by the college. It is the worst quality of a college that couldn't offer any hostel facilities for students who are far from the college. We have friends who are in different districts in Kerala. They spend a lot of money for staying here.
Faculty: Some teachers in our college are very helpful and knowledgeable. But some are not helpful to students. The curriculum makes students ready for the industry. But I think we want more industrial experience. Semester exams are moderately simple for everyone who is ready to work hard.
Other: I think that chemical engineering is a good career option so I chose this course. Compared to other arts colleges, the number of events and fests is very low in our college.

The classroom and labs are highly good. The hostel facility is really good.
Placements: Since I have chosen chemical engineering a rare course in Kerala requires a high percentage in sslc exam. Since it is a government college the fee concession is less than five thousand. Since I have choose chemical engineering I may get recruitment from bharat petroleum limited etc. Since its my second year I doesn't know about the internship. The main roles offered by this course is technician in factories.
Infrastructure: The facility here is good because the classrooms and labs makes the environment to study. In the library there are plenty of books for reading. But the Wi-Fi connection is poor. The hostel facility is good and the food quality in the canteen also good. My college is rich in arts and sports, so many talented peoples could find their right path here.
Faculty: The teachers are highly talented and well experienced so they can teach us in deep. Their teaching quality is perfect for us to understand. The course circulation is relevant and from 1st year on wards they gave training in the industry fields. The exams would rather much difficult for us because of huge syllabus. I think the pass percentage is above 30%.
Other: I choose this course because it was my passion. I can be a good chemical engineer. The best thing to develop is rather increase the practical session and decrease theory session. The arts festival and fest are magnificent here we really enjoyed it.

One of the best Polytechnic colleges.
Placements: According to my course, it is one of the best diploma courses. The highest salary package for this course is 600,000 per annum. The lowest is 200,000 per annum. The top recruiting companies are ITC, Milma, all petroleum industries, all refineries, etc. The placement of students varies every year; some years it will be above 50 percent of students, and sometimes it will be below 50 percent. Plant operator, plant technician, etc. are the top roles offered.
Infrastructure: Our college is one of the best diploma colleges in Kerala. The infrastructure of the college is just amazing, as this college is one of the oldest colleges. Some buildings are vintage buildings, and some are modern buildings. The laboratory of every course is very updated. The library of our college is in a standard style. Library and likely laboratory are air-conditioned. The college Wi-Fi can only be used in the college systems only. Our college doesn't have its own hostel facilities, but near our college there are so many private hostels and PGs situated with an expense of five thousand per month. Our college canteen is small; the new canteen is in progress. The prices of the items in our canteen are affordable for everyone. The quality of food in the canteen is just average. Our college has its own fitness center. There is a football court and a volleyball court inside our college.
Faculty: The teachers of our college are well educated. To be a teacher in our college, the teacher has to achieve a B.Tech degree in that course; some of the teachers have a doctorate in our course. The course is not too difficult; if you can study at an average level, you can pass the exam easily. The pass percentage is 50% above.
Other: I had chosen this course because this is a rare course in Kerala; only two government colleges provide this course, and the placement for this course is also good. There is nothing to be improved for this course; almost everything is good. The laboratory things have to be improved, such as we have to write the experiments 2 times, one in rough record and the other in fair record; it may take some time. The college events and fest are just average. In our college, there are 7 courses and approximately 1200 students studying there. The campus is located near the Kozhikode city, so traveling to college is easy. Several scholarships are there for students like E-grants, TATA scholarships, etc.

There is a good atmosphere, and it is a beautiful campus. It has a good infrastructure.
Placements: Students who are from diploma in chemical engineering can work in the operation of any chemical plant be it oil and gas, refinery, petrochemical, food processing, beverage industry, etc. One of the recruiting companies for our college is ITC. We can earn a salary ranging from Rs. 20,000-50,000 per month.
Infrastructure: There is a good atmosphere, and it is a beautiful campus. The infrastructure is old and nostalgic, and it is easy to reach the campus. Our college has a chemical engineering lab, ES lab, environmental lab, workshop, maintenance lab, general chemistry lab, a good library and canteen facilities. But there is no hostel facility.
Faculty: The teaching quality is good here. Teachers are very helpful, friendly and highly qualified. They are seemed to be trained in teaching and generally have many years of experience. Hence they know their subject well. Some of the lecturers hold relevant industrial experience. There are also good course curriculum and exams.
Other: Chemical engineering is a good career option, so I have chosen this course. There are plenty of career opportunities, and chemical engineers have a high scope. Chemical engineers are one of the highest salary packages offering engineering jobs. But working as a chemical engineer also have a few drawbacks like sometimes we exposed to dangerous workplace conditions. Despite significant safety precautions, accidents are not uncommon at mining facilities, manufacturing plants and chemical processing operations. Many events are organised on our campus such as tech fest, annual day function, arts fest, sports day, etc. Our college has NSS and NCC units.
