It was the great opportunity for me that, I am a part of this college and always will be. It is a very beautiful college with great scenario and peaceful culture with fresh environment for fresher. For me, it was like a heaven with great faculty and good friends.

I was a student of mechanical engineering. I took admission here because the faculty members here was excellent. They provide quality education. The teaching process is very good. The fee structure was very low which can be affordable by anyone. The environment was very nice, calm. Besides education there were various sports events, cultural and technical fest take place every year.

Kalyani Govt. engineering college is probably the 3rd best college under WBJEE. There are five departments available for pursuing B.Tech such as mechanical, CSE, ECE, IT and electrical engineering. Available faculty members are quite friendly and helpful. But condition of placement is not so good.

This is a Govt. engineering college, located at Kalyani, West Bengal. It is the best engineering college under WBUT (MAKAUT). Almost everyone from this college bags a job in his hand. The students and the teachers maintain a healthy relationship between them. Also, laboratory infrastructures are good enough. There are lots of playgrounds in the campus, and also a lot of cultural programmes take place. So, it is also an ideal place to nurture the hidden talents.

I have a mixed feeling of my College with my hostel. The Faculty is good and many of them have friendly attitude. I am always missing those marvelous days- our classroom gossip, lab facility (how to help your lab mates in exam time though the exam guard was tough). Internal exams and lab viva was a great experience how to score without reading anything. The main thing which attracts me till now is the silent environment.

I did my graduation from Kalyani Government Engineering College in ECE. The college gave me a good platform for launching my career .Faculty and staff is the most important thing there and placements too. I was able to learn many things from there and the campus life is also wonderful. The college also provided good lab facilities.

KGEC has helped me to develop my career in the right direction. KGEC has helped me to gather the technical knowledge, build my mental strength. KGEC developed my personality in such a manner so that I can face the harsh reality of life and fight any kind of situations.

It’s a government college with too less fees and good campus. And the level of education is moderate and almost 75% student from all streams gets job. Job facility is best for CSE. Its ranking is also very good. I recommend people needing job to come to this college.

Kalyani Government Engineering College secures 3rd rank among all the engineering college from West Bengal. As a government institution course fee is quite low. ME & ECE are the top two best department here. Many seminars, workshop & conferences are organized here by the faculty members keeping view for students need. It has highly experienced & top qualities faculties. TCS, Ericson & many other companies do on-compassing here.

It is a college that has few of the best students from the state. The college cannot boast of new shiny buildings but the facilities for all the departments are complete. Fee is really low, the maximum being INR 2000 per month for Information Technology. If you can take care of your habits, you can make your life here, for sure.

The college has a good campus and provides better placement in IT sector. Good faculty for ME dept. And EE dept. Hostel facilities are available. There are different hostels for juniors and seniors. Our principle is very friendly in nature. Canteen is not so good but food is available inside the campus.

Kalyani Government Engineering College is one of the most reputed government colleges of West Bengal. However in recent years, its reputation has faded owing to poor placements and bad faculty. TCS is the prime recruiting partner. If KGEC needs to attract students, the placement cell definitely needs to improve.

It is the best college in west Bengal. A healthy natural place for study, but the communication system is very costly to the place. The faculty is very good and so are the placements. It has hi tech laboratories and also a big library. I love my college and I am proud of it.

Kalyani Government engineering college has an excellent campus view. The faculties are very co-operative and supportive. The staffs are also very good in their work. The hostel life is very enjoyable here. The results and the placements are excellent here. The GATE score shows the potential of our college

Environment of KALYANI so good. But mechanical engineering department is totally reverse of KALYANI weather. Not even one teacher who tech well. You have attend daily class of bogus faculty. The main time of forth year 7th semester you have to attain more class because at that most of class take by H.O.D. have to attain 50% class.
