Khalsa College Amritsar Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,

Placements: 50 students of the course were placed in the previous year. The highest package was 10 LPA, the lowest package was 4 LPA. However, in the current year, placements is about to increase by 30%. Internships were offered. Companies like ICICI Bank, Byjus, Vedantu etc. recruited.

Placements: In my course, about 50% students get placed. The highest package offered was around 6,00,000 per year, the lowest was 2 Lacs per year and the average was 3.5 per year. Companies like TCS and Wipro recruit profiling roles in finance and management. Internships are also available in local firms.

Placements: 50% of students are provided placements. The salary package offered in the BCA course per year ranges from 10 to 18 Lacs. Companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, and many others are available for BCA students. As mentioned above, 50% of students secured internships in the aforementioned companies, focusing on software engineering.

Placements: Our college is well known for its placement session. Almost 80% of the students gets placed every year. Our placement session starts from the 3rd semester where every student is eligible for placement. The highest salary package was of 10 Lacs per annum and the lowest salary package was of 70 thousands per annum.

Placements: Around 70% of the score is good for a student to get placed. 15 LPA was the highest package offered, and 3 LPA was the lowest package offered. Cisco, Intel, Tata, Google, Microsoft, etc., companies came here. Above 85% of students got internships from M.Sc. computer science in companies like Intel, Tata etc. Computer programmer, team manager, etc., roles are offered.

Placements: Our college provides very low placements. Only a few students get placed every year with very low-level jobs. Only 20% of the total students get placements every year. Students who got placements get very low-level jobs such as low-level staff members of a company or junior-level staff members.

Placements: I have not seen placements yet for the BBA department. Other departments have campus placements, but for the business administration department, none of the students heard about placements yet. However, I have seen the posters of students who got placed from the business department, but I still have a doubt regarding our placements. I hope we will get placements.

Placements: About 70-80% of placement were among students of our college. Packages are go upto 6 Lacs per annum and minimum is maybe 3 Lacs per annum. Top recruiting companies are economic related firms. Most of the students got internship. When I speak about roles it will be officer.

Placements: Placements here are on average since we will not get enough salary package nor the whole batch gets placement. The salary package offered was also average. The minimum salary package offered was 2 LPA, and the maximum salary package offered was around 4 LPA. Almost 10%-15% of students were placed.

Top roles offered were manager, clerk etc. 5. The highest package=175000 the lowest package =50000 average package =100000 6.10% students got internship in Amazon, LIC.

Placements: Not even a single company has visited our college to offer placements for biotechnology students. It was my mistake to take admission in this college. Students got internships on their own. Not even a single professor helped any student. I suggest you join another college.

Placements: Placements provided in our college are quite good. The college provides students with exposure to a wide range of industries and multinational firms like Pankaj Shop Industry, Reliance Industry Limited and Tata Consultancy Services. They give us training and help us to develop our skills.

Placements: The placements in the college are very good. Every year, most of the students get placed from this college in many multinational companies like Wipro and many other software companies. The highest salary package offered to the placed students was 15 lacs per annum, and the lowest package offered was 3 lacs per annum.

Placements: Khalsa college Amritsar, holds the record of 100% placements every year, that is you get a decent job easily if you have a degree of this college. The packages offered by the companies are not so high, but many student have their jobs in their hands before graduating. Although the package you get will depend upon your abilities (like your communication skills, etc.). The average package of previous year is around 3.5 lac.

Placements: The graduates get good fields jobs. Good companies come to the college during business fests. I was offered a field job at Mahindra and LIC. New facilities are good and are up to the mark.

Placements: To be completely honest, the college is not much famous for its placement records, but again, if you are capable enough you can land up with a package of around 2-4 Lacs per annum. Talking about the number of students placed; the figure is not something that Khalsa college is proud of, but if one has the zeal and thurst, he/she shall definitely land up in some lucrative (in campus) job.

Placements: There are not many placements in this college. Only a few companies visit the college for placements, and only a few students are selected for the jobs and rest of the students remain unemployed. Talking about my course, i.e. agriculture, the placements for agriculture students are not there, and ultimately students have to opt. For higher education or the students go abroad for education. The placement cell needs to strengthen to enlighten students future.

Placements: There is a placement cell in the college, but it is not useful at all, and it is just there by name only. ITC visited in January 2018, for offering internships to the students of B.Sc. They selected agriculture final semester and only 3 students after going through a written test, group discussion, and an interview.

Placements: As far as the placements are concerned, each department has no dedicated placement cell. The college offers jobs for its students who have an excellent academic record after M.Sc. Many of our seniors get jobs in their respective department after passing out, but the college does not offer campus placement opportunities. If placement is your priority, then go to somewhere else.

Placements: The college invites various companies each year which deal in banking services to agricultural products. Normally, an aptitude test follows an interview after which the eligible students are shortlisted. Placement drives are carried out in the final semesters of each degree.
