A good college, but it requires improvement.
Placements: Internships are provided in IIT, Kharagpur. This is an industry exposed college with IIT. But, students are placed in railways forest bank and financial services. Students get their offer letters after completing their studies. The placement rate is very low compared to other colleges. Many kinds of companies like TCS, Capital, etc., visit our college for placements. They offered the package of 1.8 LPA to 2 LPA to students. This is paid as a stipend because the students will be in the training period for a year. The placement criteria are very useful for students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of IIT, Kharagpur is very old but well maintained. Classrooms are also well-maintained and have all the facilities which should be available, like plug points, projector, etc. The canteen provides good quality food. Wi-Fi facility is available on the campus. A swimming pool, a library, a huge playground, hostel and medical facilities are available on the campus.
Faculty: I want to appreciate the teachers and professors in our college. They are helpful and kind. Their way of teaching is the best. They are very helpful and supportive. Instruments in our departmental labs are very good. The college authority arranges various kind of knowledgeable seminars for students' growth in their career. Faculty members are outstanding.
Other: Saraswati puja is conducted on the campus as a grand event. Basant Mahotsav and Sports Vanamahotsav are organised by our college. Campus surroundings are very good.

My college is one of the best college in my locality where students came from other side of state.
Placements: I didn't go for placement, I went for higher education and left the opportunity for someone who needs that time. I am much interested in deep study so escape job opportunity. Most of the good companies approached to our college like Tata, Factsheef, Genpact, Accenture for placement.
Infrastructure: It's really awesome. We felt like living inside a natural environment. Every area of the college is painted with natural colour so everyone felt awesome for getting education under this lovely environment. I spent most of my time in the library where I got thousands of books to read.
Faculty: Here faculty are friendly with students. Most faculty call the students with their names not by roll no. And don't show attitude to anyone only correct in a polite way. About course so here we see the combination of all courses from Science to arts and each & every stream.

Dissatisfied by library, it doesn't even have college semester books although its a good college.
Placements: 1. None of my batch mates got placed from our course
2. Average package around 4-5 LPA offered in our course
3. TATA Steel and Reshmi Metallic top 2 recruiting companies
4. Around 60? Of students got internship in above mentioned companies
5. Product Manager, Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, Accountant etc.etera.
Infrastructure: 1. CLASSROOMS
- Spacious, well-lit, and air-conditioned. Equipped with projectors and screens for presentations, smart boards for interactive sessions, comfortable seating with ample desk space, and whiteboards for note-taking.
2. Vast collection of books, journals, and online resources. Quiet reading areas and group study spaces. Helpful librarians for assistance and guidance.
Faculty: 1. Always available to clarify doubts and concerns, Most held Ph.D. s or advanced degrees in their fields, Could explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
2. I felt that the curriculum provided a solid foundation and prepared me well for the industry. But its essential to stay updated and continually to learn to stay relevant in the field
3. The semester exams in our college are challenging but, had a mix of easy, medium and tough questions. Pass percentage varies on course semester and student's performance.
Other: 1. I choose B.Com for Interest in business and finance, Develops practical skills
2. I think our department should take more practical classes
3. Our college doesn't organize any events fest but it held many other sports events like athletics, football, cricket.

The faculty is outstanding, but not satisfied with them. Zero placement opportunity at my time.
Placements: At my time, no placement facilities are provided to us, and also no campusing process held during that time. I hope after our batch maybe they have started campusing at college as it is highly required for those students, who are in need of work and as we know there are no good jobs present in Kharagpur, so if they provide the facility to the student, then it is helpful.
Infrastructure: At the time when I was studying there, the condition was poor, and there is no college canteen. There is one small computer room with more or less ten systems built. There is no Wi-Fi service for the students. There is one library with average quality, and there is a laboratory, but I am not with a science background, so I have never visited there. The hostels are old and poor quality. There are no medical facilities inside the campus. The organisers organise fewer sports and games. Hoping that now, the changes occurred during this past days.
Faculty: I want to appreciate my teachers and professors. They are helpful with a kind nature. They always help and support whenever we are getting down. The way of teaching is also good, and they love that student, who comes to college for studying. I love all my teachers and professors.
Other: The organisers organise a few events on the campus. The fest is only held when required. The campus crowd is okay. The connectivity is also not an issue easy to reach bus services is always available. The campus surrounding should be more clean and tidy. The scholarship is provided to the student. The extracurricular activities are also held sometimes.

Kharagpur College is a good college.
Placements: Most students got placements as per the courses.
Infrastructure: Hostels were good. The infrastructure of classrooms was good. Medical and sports facilities were also good.
Faculty: All teachers were very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was excellent. All students could easily understand the topics. Semester exams were not that tough. If students read carefully, then it would be easy to pass.
