Placements: In KIET college, mostly training is preferred as a part of timetable. Group discussions, mock tests, mock interviews, tips, and face interviews are conducted. It is very useful for the student's career. Many consultant companies visited for the placements. The companies like TCS and Tech Mahindra came to the college for limited placements.
Placements: The training and placement cell looks after providing training programmes in personality development and soft skills. At KIET, soft skills training is a part of the timetable. The programme comprises of group discussions, mock Interviews and tips of face interviews. Leading experts practically demonstrate these tools and techniques.
Placements: The placements are okay but many consultancy companies visited for placement. Some good companies also visited but they hired only a few people. The placement management was good and they tried that all the students get placed. They conducted placement trading courses for the same.
KIET located at koringa, Kakinada is a fantastic college surrounded with mangrove forest. Classes are interactive in nature and are a healthy mix of formal lectures, seminars, competitions which improves leadership skills in students. TCS maintaining good relationship with my college and conducts campus interviews every year.
KIET College is famous for its campus placements and cultural activities. NSS and NCC wings are always active throughout the year. Academic is not up to the mark, but develops the student in accordance for industrial needs. As it is a TCS accredited campus, students gets placed with good annual pay. Flexibility is given to the students as there are no strict rules followed in the college.
I am the student of KIET college...that the great college in whole ncr region. The faculty has the good experience in the field of knowledge and in the extra co- activities. There was a good hostel life and the infrastructure are also very excellent and classroom are also proper ventilated which is helpful in maintaining the study environment.
The college is very nice and the faculty is also good. Lab facilities are good. We can join this college because of one reason, which is placements. Placements are very good in this college. Faculty is good, not too bad. College atmosphere is also good and management is also good.
KIET is the one of the best college in Andhra Pradesh, it provides campus placements every year so if you are a good student, you will easily get selected by any of one MNC and this college is providing free WiFi and A/C classrooms. The faculty of this college is very good and central library is the one for every student needs.
Placements: Placements in our college are not pretty good. As a mechanical engineer, getting placement is very hard as compared to the CSE branch. Only 2 or 3 companies which are not in our state come with very low salaries. Placements for the computer science branch are very good.
Placements: About 70% of the students placed in our college. Our college has emerging courses like cyber security, artificial intelligence, data science and others. Also artificial intelligence and cyber security are the best courses out here it helps students more .
Placements: There were around 120 students in the mechanical course. The salary package offered here is around 2 LPA. There were very less recruiting companies for mechanical engineering compared to computer science. However, mechanical students can attend interviews outside the campus because our college teaches software programs for all branches. The salary package offered in our course varies from 1.5 LPA to 2 LPA. Internships depend on the interest of students.
Placements: Placements for our batch and our seniors are placed in top MNCs like IBM, Cyient, TCS, Dolamite, etc. Nearly 50% of the students got selected campus interviews. The salary package offered ranges from 2 LPA to 3.6 LPA. Many roles, like software engineer, marketing executive, web developer, and many more are offered.
