A:
{Source: B.Pharma students & alumni}

Is it worth pursuing B.Pharm at KIET Ghaziabad?

After analyzing the reviews from multiple students and alumni, here's what stands out:

Pros:
* Good placement record: Most students reported that over 80% of students get placed, with packages ranging from INR2.5 Lacs to INR7.8 lakh.
* Industry connections: Several companies like TCS, Alembic, Cipla, and Sun Pharma visit the campus for recruitment.
* Well-qualified faculty: Professors are described as "well-qualified", "knowledgeable", and "helpful".
* Infrastructure: Facilities are deemed satisfactory, with air-conditioned classrooms, well-equipped labs, and a vast library.

Cons:
* Curriculum limitations: Some students felt that the course curriculum could be improved, particularly in terms of practical knowledge.
* Limited internship opportunities: Although most students reported getting internships, some noted that they weren't as rewarding as desired.

Overall, while there are some areas for improvement, the majority of students and alumni seem satisfied with their experience at KIET Ghaziabad. The institution appears to offer good placement prospects, industry connections, and competent faculty. However, it may benefit from refining its curriculum and providing more enriching internship opportunities. Satisfied with this college.
Placements: 85/100 students were placed this year. The highest package was 20 LPA and the lowest was 3 LPA. The overall average package was 5-6 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Accenture, Capgemini, TCS, Cognizant, HCL, and Amazon. 90% of students got internships in my course. Software development and web development were the top roles offered in my course.
Infrastructure: In terms of facilities, my college provides excellent facilities and infrastructure to support both academic and extracurricular activities. Classrooms: All classrooms were fully air-conditioned, and labs are fully equipped with the latest equipment. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled. Girls hostel facilities: Hostels are clean, spacious and well maintained, with adequate security and housekeeping services. Food quality is average.
Faculty: All teachers are knowledgeable and supportive. The majority of the faculty are nice Contributing significantly to my academic growth. You can pass semester examination easily; it's not that tough. However, a few subjects may require some extra efforts to achieve good results. Overall, the exam process is manageable.
Other: There are a few areas I wish could be improved. Having a little more holidays would be beneficial for personal learning and self-study. Campus crowd is good. If you are a UP domicile student, you get a UP scholarship here with some eligibility criteria.

Facilities are satisfactory.
Placements: Placements are decent. Don't believe in states given on Google. Placements are much different from them. This year CSE-AIML is in the top race. It's students are getting placements and at a good package, i.e., 20-24 lacs per annum. All branch placements are decent.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is really appreciable. Because everything is managed very beautifully in such a small space (17-18 acres). They have cricket ground, football ground, basketball court, Kabaddi court, cricket practice pitch, tennis court, MPC, badminton court, volleyball court, etc.
Faculty: The curriculum is good. Only Some faculty members are very good not each and every one, like other colleges. As college is now autonomous. So exams are decent but they will scare you so much before exams. They strictly follow 75% attendance criteria. And as attendance calculation is digital, you can suffer with points as well.
Other: I will say the college's curriculum is much better than other AKTU-affiliated colleges. Extracurricular activities also happen, and they give facilities as well for maximum activities. Events also happens on regular intervals. One main thing is that they believe in project-based learning. They will start giving you projects ( working projects ) from the first semester. And that's sometimes very thrilling but sometimes becomes hectic as well.

Overall, the college is good but you have to work on your own skills.
Placements: Almost 70% of students were placed last year. The average package is 4-5 Lacs per annum, the highest is 40 Lacs, and the lowest is 2-3 Lacs. Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, Tata, HCL, etc. are the major companies for recruitment. 80% of students got internships, whether paid or unpaid. Software engineer, web developer, etc. are the top roles offered.
Infrastructure: Labs, libraries, and classrooms are the best classrooms. They are fully AC and labs have proper chemicals and tools and experiments are done perfectly. The hostel is also the best. Sports, games, medical facilities, etc. are all available. The canteen is good and some food items are special .
Faculty: Teachers are good, helpful, and have proper knowledge of their subjects, including practicals. Yes, the curriculum is relevant and also helpful for industrial work and practical knowledge is given to students. The pass rate is 7-8 sgpa, which is good but we need to maintain in every semester without back in any subject .
Other: Pursuing engineering from CSE branch knowledge of the computer era. Events and fests are organized,

Faculty: KIET's teachers are qualified, knowledgeable, and supportive, providing quality teaching. The curriculum is industry-oriented, preparing students for real-world challenges. Semester exams are moderately challenging, with a good pass percentage reflecting strong academic performance.

The overall placement is average and I like the college infrastructure. The faculty are also good.
Placements: In my college, about 70-80 percent of students are placed at a median package of 4.5 LPA. The highest CTC goes to 48 LPA, whereas the lowest is about 2.4 LPA. The major companies that visited my campus are TCS, Wipro, Infosys and many more. Around 30 percent of students in my course cracked 10-20 LPA packages.
Infrastructure: In my opinion, the infrastructure of my college is top-notch. Classrooms are well air-conditioned, as are labs. The food quality of mass is also good. The Wi-Fi speed is also good. Average speed is around 150 Mbps. There are cricket grounds, football grounds, basketball grounds, badminton courts (indoor and outdoor), and table tennis courts available on the college campus.
Faculty: The faculty in my college is good. Most are well qualified, like M.Tech or Ph.D. When it comes to syllabus, it is quite boring and outdated, like other universities. And most professors are good but some are boring too. Semester exams are pretty easy; if you study one day before the exam, you will pass.
Other: I like developing new things that's why I chose the computer science and engineering branch, because in the field it is all about developing new things. In my college, in the month of April, a cultural fest is organised named Evoque. It is a 3-day fest which includes DJ night, Star night, and many intercollege competitions.

Review of KIET Group of Institutions.
Placements: Placement is not as good as previous years because there are many companies like hiring a single from KIET group institutions, and most of the companies offer only about 5.5 LPA package. Some companies are there, but they are not getting good company in campus.
Infrastructure: Hostels of KIET group are very good. They cater to students like service. They also have a good menu in all hostels of the college, and the hostel will be clean. The food they serve is also of good quality, which they are not able to provide to all the students of the college.
Faculty: Faculty members are very good because they are very educated. They are also very dedicated to their work. But the academic curriculum is not good. They take exams every 20 days, which is very hectic for a student to manage all these things with coding and personality development.
