My college journey. A detailed review.

Placements: Last year, due to the recession, placements were a little less but this year, it has been increasing rapidly. A great number of students get placed. Companies like Accenture and Infosys visit the college. This year, students are serious about it. Many more opportunities are arriving this year.

Overall, the college is good but you have to work on your own skills.

Placements: Almost 70% of students were placed last year. The average package is 4-5 Lacs per annum, the highest is 40 Lacs, and the lowest is 2-3 Lacs. Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, Tata, HCL, etc. are the major companies for recruitment. 80% of students got internships, whether paid or unpaid. Software engineer, web developer, etc. are the top roles offered.

Supportive faculty, updated curriculum, and rigorous exams.

Placements: KIET placements are average, comparable to other top colleges under AKTU. We can expect a good placement percentage with decent packages, averaging around 6 to 7 LPA in IT or any computer-related branches, and 4 to 6 LPA overall. The placement percentage is quite good. With our college now being autonomous, we expect placements to improve even further.

Review of KIET Group of Institutions.

Placements: Placement is not as good as previous years because there are many companies like hiring a single from KIET group institutions, and most of the companies offer only about 5.5 LPA package. Some companies are there, but they are not getting good company in campus.
