Great experience with best faculties and good placement in No. 1 Polytechnic college of Odisha.
Placements: The college is the No. 1 polytechnic college in Odisha. They provide different placements in different sectors. The companies like Tata, Mando, L&T, Voltas, Johndear, Thermax, CET, Apollo, and Samsung recruit every year as JE. The average package is 4 lpa. The highest package is 6 LPA, which is not normal at diploma level, but college provides these facilities to acquire high-paying jobs.
Infrastructure: The best infrastructural colleges in Bhubaneswar provide different facilities like an AC classroom, the best 24?7 library, and 24?7 Wi-Fi service. The hostel rooms are best with good food items available. The medical facilities are also available from kims. The sports facilities are also world-class compared to other colleges.
Faculty: The faculty members are highly qualified from different reputed institutions. The course is actually designed by the state technical council, but the college provides their best facilities of practical classes, notes, and extra classes. The semester exam is at a moderate level. The pass percentage is also normal, like at other colleges. The focus is on practical use, which helps in industries.
Other: The college provides 6 branches; each branches has best facilities of labs, notes, classes, etc. This course is actually a life time opportunity to tackle every happy and sad moments in life because every student come from school level, mostly 10th level they get best exposure in this college. It is an excellent college.
Placements: Those students who passed the 10th board exam with a score of more than 55% to 60% could sit in placements. The lowest salary package offered was 1 LPA and the highest salary package offered was 4 LPA. The average salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like TATA Project, TATA Steel, TATA Power, Adani Group, Mando Automotive, Orient Electric, Arcelor Mittal Nippon Steel India, SKH Metals, Thermax, CEAT, OPTCL, L&T, etc., visited our campus. Any of our branch students could get internships. In our final semester, a company called HighRadius came to our college with internships. Jobs for diploma in electrical engineering students were available in both the public and government sectors. A career option after a diploma in electrical engineering extends into the work fields of installation, maintenance, magnetism, control systems, signal processing, and electrical design.
Infrastructure: We had air-conditioned classrooms and the latest equipment in the laboratories and workshops. Our hostels were good. The food in the canteen was good. The overall decorum of the college was calm and well-maintained. Medical facilities were available. Hospitals offer free consultations using their school or college ID cards, but they must pay for medicines.
Faculty: Our teachers always helped us in every situation. They were precious teachers. The KIIT Polytechnic is a world-class and prestigious institution. Our teachers were like our family. Our principal sir was so good. The 5th and 6th-semester exams were difficult. The pass percentage was 28%.
Other: This course was full of practicals, and I like practicals more than theory. The best part was that after finishing the diploma, we could work in both the private and public sectors. My goal was to complete as many projects as possible. Every year in the final semester, KIIT Polytechnic hosts a PROJECT EXPO for students to present various, one-of-a-kind handmade projects.

Overall a decent college!
Placements: If you are from the mechanical or electrical branch, you'll definitely get placed in a package of 2.5 LPA. The college mentioned 5 LPA as the highest package, but that was only once. If you're from the CSE branch, there are a maximum of 2 companies that come for placement that provide 12k–15k per month in salary.
Infrastructure: There is a spacious AC lab for the CSE students. You have high-speed internet through Ethernet. Hostel for first-year students is totally different; after 1st year, you'll be moved to KP-4 Boys Hostel, which is inside the campus. The food quality has degraded from what it was before,, and there is Wi-Fi only for namesakes. The Wi-Fi doesn't work at all. You'll be allowed to visit the library from 7 to 9 to study peacefully.
Faculty: The faculty at CSE are really very cooperative and understanding. The syllabus is not really up to par. The teaching method is either notes or, usually, PDF. Not all teachers teach using video lectures. The faculty from the branch have done their Masters and are qualified enough. Teaching methods could get better and more interesting. Some topics will really feel boring and long due to the current teaching method.

I'm satisfied with this college and its facilities.
Placements: More than 80% of students got placed recently on campus. Students have to maintain 60% to get placements. Companies like Tata Power, Steel, Voltas, Adani Group, Orient electric, and many others visit our college to recruit students.
Infrastructure: Our college provides good accommodation with air-conditioned classrooms and the latest equipment in laboratories and workshops. Hostel is very good. There are separate hostels for boys and girls. Canteen food is above average. The infrastructure of the college is peaceful and well-maintained.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are great, helpful, and well-qualified in their respective fields. Exams are good with average difficulty questions. The course curriculum makes students industry-ready and makes them confident to work anywhere with good knowledge.
Other: It is one of the best colleges for diploma students that provides the best facilities. Campus life is good. Our college has charity initiatives and organises cultural programs.

Faculty members in our college are good.
Placements: Many students are placed in companies. Rs. 40,000 per month was the highest package. Top recruiters are LNT Tech, Birla, Tata, etc. There were many roles that were pretty good as compared to the qualifications. It could be one of the best colleges if you want placements after the completion of your course.
Infrastructure: We have a library, classrooms with projectors, and well-equipped labs. The hostel is decent. It is not up to the mark, but manageable. Food is below average and you have to manage it. No college will provide you with royal treatment. You have to compromise on something.
Faculty: Teachers were pretty helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive. They helped us throughout the course. They also provide extra classes if necessary. Teachers are free and frank. They will be ready to help at any time. The curriculum is also quite relevant and also has subjects that will help in building your career.
Other: Our college provides one of the best diploma facilities any college can provide. Campus life is pretty good. Overall, it is one of the best diploma colleges.

A short review of KIIT Polytechnic
Placements: -In my knowledge about 40-45% of the students get placements or opt to get placements here. Most of the companies that recruit here are really good and decent. I would say about 70% in general get placements here but in my knowledge from my course including myself. -Top companies for my field would be TATA, Jindal, WIPRO, etc. -Can work in aviation or avionics one of our teacher was a navy satellite operator. - The salary could range between 20K - 3 lacs per month -More than half got internships in my batch.
Infrastructure: -The facilities and the food provided are top notch with good rooms and space for personalized furniture or anything else you want to bring. There are arrangements for students who want stay with others. -The food available in canteen is brilliant and the food at hostel is fine as well nothing like a home cooked meal but it would do.
Faculty: -The teachers and brilliant and very helpful and they go out of their way to help students. There are many teachers that we absolutely adored. One of them travelled for 40kms everyday to teach us. They are qualified and immensely knowledgeable -This course curriculum is very relevant and important in day to day life -They are not that difficult and the pass percentage is at least 35% in aggregate and 30% in each subject
Other: -I chose this course after consulting one of the teachers at kiit polytechnic, the best thing about the course is how interesting and different it is that other subjects. -They should add more relevant subjects that are really necessary for the said coursr. The events, campus crowd, connectivity, campus surroundings, scholarship program, extracurricular activities everything is top notch. KIIS a part of KIIT runs one of the largest scholarship programs for underprivileged and genius kids.
