A short review of KIIT Polytechnic
Placements: -In my knowledge about 40-45% of the students get placements or opt to get placements here. Most of the companies that recruit here are really good and decent. I would say about 70% in general get placements here but in my knowledge from my course including myself.
-Top companies for my field would be TATA, Jindal, WIPRO, etc.
-Can work in aviation or avionics one of our teacher was a navy satellite operator.
- The salary could range between 20K - 3 lacs per month
-More than half got internships in my batch.
Infrastructure: -The facilities and the food provided are top notch with good rooms and space for personalized furniture or anything else you want to bring. There are arrangements for students who want stay with others.
-The food available in canteen is brilliant and the food at hostel is fine as well nothing like a home cooked meal but it would do.
Faculty: -The teachers and brilliant and very helpful and they go out of their way to help students. There are many teachers that we absolutely adored. One of them travelled for 40kms everyday to teach us. They are qualified and immensely knowledgeable
-This course curriculum is very relevant and important in day to day life
-They are not that difficult and the pass percentage is at least 35% in aggregate and 30% in each subject
Other: -I chose this course after consulting one of the teachers at kiit polytechnic, the best thing about the course is how interesting and different it is that other subjects.
-They should add more relevant subjects that are really necessary for the said coursr.
The events, campus crowd, connectivity, campus surroundings, scholarship program, extracurricular activities everything is top notch. KIIS a part of KIIT runs one of the largest scholarship programs for underprivileged and genius kids.
