KIIT : One of the best private colleges in India.

Placements: Easily 75% students get placed per year. Many top companies like TCS, Microsoft, Google, Apple, etc. come for placements every year. The average package is easily 10–15 LPA each year. Placements are taken very seriously every year. They even provide internships for students.

The college life you expect.

Placements: Currently I am in 3rd year and the placement scenario is not so good to okayish. By the end of the year, almost most of the students do get placed. However, the percentage of top companies recruiting from here is fairly low. Google and Microsoft don't visit our college.

Review by a fresher of KIIT.

Placements: The placement here is good, but as we are in a recession for engineers, every college is affected by it. Otherwise, the placements here are great, as I have seen people getting packages of 24+ LPA, with the highest package being around 50 LPA last year. Big names like Google and Microsoft visit our college for recruitment.

Average college with average placements and faculty.

Placements: Everyone is excited about placements, but this college is not all about placements. People are very dissatisfied, and 1100 people weren't even placed; they showed their average and the highest package to be 14 LPA and 88 LPA, respectively. But it isn't as per their words; their lowest package is like 6 to 7 LPA only.

KIIT- A wonderful experience.

Placements: There are a lot of sections in my course, which include all the types of students studying either mechanical, electrical, civil, CSE, or IT. The average package offered during the placements is 9 LPA, with the highest package being 55 LPA in 2024. The placements are good at KIIT if compared to a lot of other colleges, but it doesn't mean that everyone can get a good placement; it would rather depend on honing your skills to the utmost.

Best infrastructure and facilities. Faculty members are best. Sports facilities are good.

Placements: I guess 80–90% students get placed (mass placement). The highest package was 54 LPA and the lowest, I guess 2-3 LPA and average approximately 6 LPA. The top recruiting company was a multinational company from Japan. Approximately 90% and above students get internship in companies like Wipro, Infosys, TCS, Deloitte, etc.

Overall, it was a happy experience.

Placements: Around 80% of the students were placed. The highest package being 63 lpa and the average being 10 lpa. There were more than 2000 companies that visited the campus for placements. I talked with lots of seniors and most of them were satisfied with their placements.

Really good infrastructure and hostel facilities with good placements.

Placements: It's my first year in KIIT in the B.Tech course. The placements here are quite nice and are above average. It has a great teaching environment, but at the end, skills matter the most. This year, the highest package in our course was around 50+ LPA with an average of 8-10 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Google, Microsoft, TCS, Infosys, and Dell. About 80% of the students got internships at top recruiting companies. And the top roles offered in this course were software developer, power program...

The infrastructure is quite good, and the views are really great.

Placements: As it's my first year in KIIT, the experience so far has been amazing. It can be hectic at times, but if one is thinking of joining this institute, it won't be in vain. Apart from academics, one can really enjoy sports and other club activities. As for the placements, I'm going to graduate in 2028, but according to the information we're getting, the placements overall are looking good. However, it doesn't just depend on the university; the student themselves need to do a hefty load of work and g...

Good and fun loving college .

Placements: In the batch of 2025 placements have been a little tough, around 40% active students didn't get their placement till now, but those who are aware for their career are getting placed. But if you are just driven by the course and not putting any effort by yourself to level up, then you may face challenges .

This university is mid in every aspects- placement, campus, faculty everything.

Placements: This university claims to provide 100% placement for the CS department, and that is mostly true. However, a large number of students are placed through mass recruitment. For a private institute, the placement scenario is averagely competent in the current job market. While some students have received very high offers, the average is 6-8 LPA. The university also provides internships, and a large number of students are recruited by High Radius. The companies that visit the most for placement on ou...
