Overall, the placement cell is bad.

Placements: Training and placement cells don't even take a stand for their students. They feel weak even in front of small companies too. Staff is not even very supportive of the students too. Only a few students get double-digit placement in Lakhs and based too.

An average college, which I regret joining.

Placements: Placements are average at this college. My brother graduated from here, worked very hard, and still only got a 5 LPA package despite having a 10 CGPA. They claim the average is 14 LPA and the highest is 1.3 CPA, but that isn’t true.

Average college with average placements and faculty.

Placements: Everyone is excited about placements, but this college is not all about placements. People are very dissatisfied, and 1100 people weren't even placed; they showed their average and the highest package to be 14 LPA and 88 LPA, respectively. But it isn't as per their words; their lowest package is like 6 to 7 LPA only.

KIIT University. Worth or not.

Placements: Placement here in Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT University) is decent for the Bachelor of Technology stream. In 2024, the placement percentage was around 85%, the highest salary package was 52 LPA and the average salary package was 6 LPA-7 LPA, as there are mass recruiters here. Return on investment is low.

KIIT review by first-year student.

Placements: KIIT has improved from the last 3 to 4 years quite a lot. The average CSE salry package is about 10 LPA. If students average in studies and have done many coding projects, they can easily get placement here. I know KIIT is crowded, but we have to be the best from others.

A must-watch review from a student who wished he would have known it before coming to KIIT.

Placements: Placements at this institution are good for students who achieve a CGPA of 9 or above. These students often receive interview calls starting on day one of the placement period. The dream companies that visit on day one offer packages starting from 15 LPA or more. After day two, the offered packages usually decrease to between 6 LPA and 8 LPA. Internship opportunities are great here.

Really good infrastructure and very big campus .

Placements: So there's a student of KIIT University pursuing a B.Tech in Computer Science and Communication Engineering. Actually, it's considered in CSE only, but to increase the number of students, the CS branch is divided into various categories, and if you have CS and communication engineering or system engineering, then you will get all the opportunities that a student of core CS gets. So most of you will be waiting for me to tell the placement states of this college, so here it is. So this year the hi...
