The college is one of the best colleges in South Mumbai.

Placements: Our college has a placement cell committee, which looks into the placements. About 5-6 students got selected by different companies for the placement through 3-4 rounds of interview. The average salary package offered ranges between 4-5 LPA. Some of the renowned companies like TCS, Wipro, L&T, etc., visit our college for placements.

It is a good college with well-qualified teaching staff members, but it lacks placements.

Placements: Only 30% of the students got jobs through campus placements. Companies offer a salary package between 2 LPA to 3 LPA. Different companies such as ATTREC, Thyrocare, Tata and many more recruit students from our college. Approximately 15 students got internships in ATTREC, while 20 students got in Thyrocare.

It is an above-average college. It has a high return on investment if you work hard.

Placements: About 75% of the students get placed each year only if they work hard. Various events and activities are organised, which involves the heavy engagement of the students to sharpen up their skills. The average salary package offered is 1 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like TCS, Capgemini, Infosys, Wipro, etc., visit our campus for placements.

Infrastructure, faculty and course curriculum is very nice but placements need to be improved.

Placements: The placements of the college is quite low. This course is in trend nowadays so many students try for this course. Many companies like TCS, KPMG etc. come to the campus but pick up only limited students on GPA pointer basis. The number of students who got job known to me was about 10%-15% which is quite low. The average package is not known to me but it would be about 30,000 or maybe less.

Education is the best with great infrastructure and facilities provided, anyone can learn easily.

Placements: In my course, no one got placed directly through placement cells No placement so no idea of salary offered. Top recruiting companies like Wipro came but no student got placed. No top roles offered in my course. 10 students from my course got internship in ATTREC out of 28 students.

It's a good college with great opportunities ahead.

Placements: The placements are decent enough with an average of 3 Lacs per annum. Students are placed in top companies with best of the profiles offered to them. Placement cell is quite useful to students as they put in a lot of efforts to place the students with the best salary package offered.

Review of Kishinchand Chellaram College.

Placements: I don't have any idea about the salary package offered to students. Almost 50% of the students in our course got placed. KC College doesn't provide any internship or placements at graduation level. However, post-graduation may have it, but I'm not aware of it. The college offers courses like B.Sc biotech, masters in journalism, B.Sc. microbiology, many accounts and business courses.

The college, teaching facilities are remarkable but should have more job opportunities for students.

Placements: Almost 30% of the students got placed in B.Sc. Microbiology in 2017-2018. There were no jobs offered for students in B.Sc. Microbiology. Nor any internships for any of the students in the class. There was not a single Microbiology related company came to take any placements.

Placements: Companies such as Pharmaceutical, Drug Modification, Nanotechnology and many more visit the campus. Students can be sent to Biocon, Forensic institute, Biotechnology companies and in space centres, etc. The average salary is not known but maybe Rs. 30,000 per month. Students also work in pathology labs.

KC is at par with most of the other South Bombay colleges, especially for the course like BMS.

Placements: Placements in our college are decent. Approximately 40% of my batch got placed. Companies like E&Y, Wipro, Darashaw, Directi, etc., visited the campus. The average salary package offered was around 3 LPA. For internships, companies like Aranca, Reliance and other marketing companies came with a stipend of Rs. 15,000 per month, but only a few companies come for internships compared to placements.

Placements: Deloitte had come for placements for my batch. Not many come for placements. They get you in touch with companies. The course gives full information about accounts and finance. There are not many placements however, college is reputed so you can try on your own.

Quite satisfied with the infrastructure and faculty. The placement cell can be improved.

Placements: Placements were pretty low this year. Only 5% of the students were placed from our department through campus placements. Companies that visited the college included Wipro, JP Morgan, Media. Net, IKS Healthcare etc. The average package offered by these companies was around 3 LPA. The highest package was 5.75 LPA. Many roles related to marketing and business development were offered. For internships, we had a couple of companies during the second year, and they offered the average stipend of Rs. 5...

The college is good for B.A, and the faculty members are excellent.

Placements: Placements are good for other streams but not for B.A. in psychology. If a student from other fields than B.A. in psychology wishes to apply for placements, they can apply. The college has tie-ups with renowned companies like Wipro and others which are helpful for students who want to get placed on campus.

Review of Kishinchand Chellaram College.

Placements: As I heard from our faculty members, quite a few good companies like JP Morgan and Wipro, etc., visited the campus to hire our seniors this year. They hired around 10 to 15 students from each department of BAF, BMS, BBI and BFM. The highest salary package offered was 5.2 LPA by JP Morgan. Only 20% of the students were placed. Wipro also offered a salary package of around 4 LPA by making the students to sign a 2 years bond. They are sponsoring an executive MBA from Symbiosis, but students get the...
