The college experience was good enough as per the expectations.

Placements: The placements were not up to the mark as expected. Only about 40% of the students were placed through campus. The highest salary offered was 7 LPA and the lowest salary offered was 1.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies were Mercedes Benz, TCS, Shriram finance and Aequs. Most of the recruitments were for the graduate engineer trainee posts.

The college provides satisfactory teaching and placements.

Placements: In the year 2019, a total of 320 students were placed with the highest salary package of 10 LPA and the lowest salary package of 2 LPA. More than 40 companies visited the campus, and top recruiters were BYJU'S, HFFC, TCS Digital, Jaro education, Mercedes Benz. The college does not provide internship and stipend. Placement cell needs to improvise their training.

Not the best college but a good one, if you have the ability you don't need any help.

Placements: Placements start from the pre final year itself. Where in companies like KPIT, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Sankalp semiconductors etc. Come for organizing placements. Each company has its own criteria set for students to be eligible for that company. Placement is about 60% for each out going batch.

An average college in North Karnataka.

Placements: TCS is the major recruiter. The second best is KPIT which takes one-fourth of what TCS recruits. I recall no other major recruitments in this college. They provide an option to attend pool campus in nearby colleges in which very few students get selected. Placement training is provided only for one week. This college conducts more interviews for placements which is beneficial for aspirants trying for placements. Some 30 to 40% of the students were placed from my batch. The highest salary offered...

An average college with rare extraordinary activities

Placements: The placement is average. The companies include INSZoom, Mercedes Benz, AllGo. Till now, the highest package has been offered by Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) which was 8 lpa. The students are not allowed to sit for any interviews they want. The placement cell restricts the students, hence some students are placed in undeserved companies.

The important assets of my college is lecturers. They are the best in town. The new Principal which came recently changed the atmosphere of college. He introduced so many new programs and made many strict rules. IN spite of his strict rules and regulations we enjoyed a lot. I know he will soon improve my college. There are all the facilities available in my college. Only disadvantage is college is very small and so the infrastructure. Placement is average. It should be made 100%. There should n...

I have just passed out with a degree in mechanical engineering. The college infrastructure is good and also mechanical is getting a new building with state of the art labs. Placements are not that good but if you are from EC, EE or CS branch then there is no problem. The campus life is bit dull but with the new principal, its gaining lot of momentum about the faculty that mechanical dept. has huge number of professors with lots of years of experience and can help in guiding the students regardi...

The college is fine according to me if you want to just get a decent job and also not too high paying companies will be visiting the campus. The infrastructure is good, but the teaching of professors is not up to the level as one expects and majority of curriculum is focused on theory rather than practical as it should be in professional colleges. Also, for electronics, the labs might not be as good in conditions as one expects to get output right. But if you want to just get a IT job then the c...

The college is located in Belgaum. Belgaum is famous for its climate. As far as KLE Dr. M S Sheshgiri College of Engineering and Technology is considered it’s an average college. Overall I will give 3 out of 5. As far as branch electrical and electronics engineering in this college is considered, facilities are fine.

The staff is good, but not the best. For fresher, the attendance is compulsory up to 85%. However for second year students, nobody would ask your attendance. Worst placements ever. Don't trust the board in the office regarding placements, that's totally fake. Half of the experienced professors have retired, and the remaining half are about to retire.

The college’s infrastructure is good and it has well experienced teachers. But in our college, campus placements are less, due to which most of the students are not getting a job. Computer Science and E&C students get more job opportunities than mechanical students. The college also has a good sports ground, but the hostel fees is high. Overall, compared to other colleges, the campus area is less.

It has been a great experience at KLE. It has provided me a very good education. I graduated in the year 2012 and got placed in TCS in the same year with the help of KLE placement cell. With respect to TCS, KLE is ranked B, which is very good. TCS provides Developer roles to students belonging to A and B rank. With respect to the department, it was very cool. I came across some wonderful professors here who really put their efforts for our betterment. The college also has free buses from all par...

With the arrival of the new principal, a lot of scope is being given to extracurricular and cultural activities. Things have started to improve and KLE is on its way to becoming a good engineering school. The infrastructure and quality of teaching is improving at a snail's pace. Placements were good until 2012 but degraded ever since then.

It is a good college, but it doesn't offer campus placements.

Placements: Our college provides very less placements or no placements. So, for placements, we have to attend pool campus drives arranged in any other college and within our college. None of our batch mates got placed, and seniors also didn't get placed. Our college doesn't offer internships also.
