Candidate must have completed B.E./B.Tech. in relevant branch of Engg./Technology with above mentioned percentage. The mentioned SC/ST percentage is for Madhya Pradesh residents. Candidate belonging to OBC (excluding creamy layer) categories of Madhya Pradesh should have at least 45%. Bachelors degree should be of minimum of four years duration and have been obtained from any AICTE approved institution or Indian University/ Institute or from a foreign University recognised by AIU or any Institutes of national importance(i.e. IITs/ IISc/NITs etc) duly recognized by the MHRD, as equivalent thereto. Candidates in the Final year of above degree examinations can also apply on provisional basis. Rounding of marks or percentage is not permissible.

Moderate level of academic and research opportunity.

Placements: Moderate placement scenario was consistent in current and previous batches. Mostly average companies organized placements. The average salary offered was around 4-7 lacs per annum. Infosys, TCS, TechM, wipro where among major companies who offered jobs.

Infrastructure: Big labs with tremendous equipments, but a number of equipments are not functional or obsolete. The modernization of labs might be a way to enhance the academic experience. Sports, library and classrooms are equipped with everything needed, the university has a number of sports arena and facilities.

Faculty: The university might need to add in some new staff and dynamic faculty to give the existing system some push. So as already mentioned, there are quite less faculty as compared to the number of students. Industry exposure is another aspect the institution should focus on. Students don't get enough industry exposure on there tenure.

Other: Sports, cultural and many more events are organized in the university. The campus crowd is not so urban but extra curricular activities are nice.
