Lady Doak College is the best college.
Placements: Above 85% of students are placed in our course with good salary packages. Many internships and job opportunities are provided by qualified companies. About 80% of students got placed in our college. Many students get placements in MNCs, corporate, and startup companies. Top roles offered in our course are entrepreneur, manager, auditor, etc.
Infrastructure: Good amenities are offered by our college. Each course has computers. Our university has Wi-Fi access. Schools are well-kept. The hostel looks tidy. The hostel food is not excellent. The canteen serves high-quality meals. Our college provides medical facilities. They encourage pupils to participate in extracurricular activities and sports. Although the infrastructure is outdated, the atmosphere is good. You can live in a pleasant hostel. The canteen is better compared to other institutions. Mess food, specifically college mess cuisine, is great because of the ambiance.
Faculty: All instructors are well-educated and competent. They provide knowledge through specialized tutoring. Throughout the lessons, they engage with the pupils. The idea is straightforward to comprehend. The professors deserve full credit for upholding the reputation because they are incredibly helpful. The course content falls short of what the industry demands. Exams during the semester are fairly simple, and anyone may pass them. About 40% of students are passed. There will be five internal exams and one external exam given throughout the semester. Each subject will require 5 internals. In B.Com, you will have seven to eight primary subjects. Each test is separated into two halves. Therefore, in one semester, you will write ten tests for a single subject.
Other: The first women's institution in Madurai, Lady Doak Institution, was established in 1948 by the visionary trailblazer MS Katie Wilcox. The college has been devoted to serving women's education for 70 years. LDC was granted autonomy in 1978. In all its academic and administrative concerns, the college upholds the core values of honesty and integrity, love and service, giving and forgiveness, freedom and accountability, justice and quality. Our college's vision is to create young women who are globally competent, value-based, and empowered as revolutionary leaders in higher education. Our college's mission is to provide a comprehensive education based on the love, fairness, and quality reached by the gospel.

Infrastructure: Our college provides good facilities. Our college provides separate computers for each course. Our college is Wi-Fi enabled. Classrooms are neat. The hostel is neat. The food served in the hostel is not good. The food served in the canteen is good. Medical facilities are available in our college. They encourage students for sports and extracurricular activities.
Faculty: All teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. They update our knowledge. They can easily give special coaching to the students. They interact with the students during the classes. It is easy to understand the concept.

College has good infrastructure and well qualified faculty for the students.
Placements: Lady Doak is offering decent placement opportunities to its students in the B.Com course. Around 30-40% of the Students in the B.Com course are getting placed at this college. Average package offered was between 3-4 LPA. Top recruiters at the college were banking and finance companies such as Finastra, Kotak Bank, AVP, Finance solutions etc.
Infrastructure: Lady Doak College is having a good infrastructure for the B.Com course. College has good quality facilities for the students. Campus has Wi-Fi, labs, canteen, hostel, sports etc. Facilities for the students. College management was supportive and providing students with all the needful assistance. Hostel facilities were also available for the students.
Faculty: Faculty of the college was good. Teachers available in the B.Com course are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The quality of teaching was good. Course curriculum followed at the college was relevant and it makes the students industry ready. Semester exams at the college were not that easy to pass. Overall the teaching staff of the college was experienced in the B.Com course.

The faculty is good. Infrastructure has to be changed and also placements must be increased.
Placements: Almost 75% of college strength is for commerce students and our stream holds an equal percentage in it. The highest package of 400000 per annum was offered and the lowest of 1 LPA. Honeywell is one of the top recruiting companies. Almost 50% of students got internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is a bit old but quite a good atmosphere. You can experience good hostel life. The canteen is a bit not good. The college hostel food is really good compared to other colleges. Mess food is not that good I mean the college mess food and it has no variety.
Faculty: It has the best faculty and educated people. Teaching quality is best when it comes to lady Doak college. Course material is worth it when it comes to lady Doak college. Semester exams are not that hard or easy it is moderate. You have to secure 40% for a pass.

Dissatisfied with the infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: The college is average for students to have fun and gain some knowledge. Teachers are helpful. We did not have campus placements because of lockdown, otherwise, the college provides placements. For B.Com PA, there is a compulsory internship at a chartered accountant's office, which is very good.
Infrastructure: The college has 3 buildings, with around 200 classrooms, computer labs, library, 2 auditoriums and 2 canteens. But the food in the canteen is not that good and has limited time only. There are around 8 hostels separately for aided and self-study students. Some of the hostels are very old and have leaking ceilings.
Faculty: The teachers are really helpful and get full credits for maintaining the reputation. I feel that the course curriculum is a bit lesser than what the industry requires. Semester exams are very easy, and anyone can easily pass. The pass percentage is 40%. But the overall passing marks also include internal exam marks, which count up to 60%.
Other: I chose this course as it is specifically designed for students who want to become chartered accountants. It is completely disappointing as the college does not help you at all to pursue the CA course. Things to change are that the semester exams should not clash with CA exam timetable (it gets clumsy and really tough focusing and preparing for 2 exams), and the hostel students should be allowed to go to outside tuitions to carry on the CA course as there are no extra classes for CA course, and the syllabus in B.Com does not help at all. There are cultural and many other events which are really fun.

It is worth the money with many extra curricular activities and opportunities to excel.
Placements: Placements are mostly for B.Com students. Many other courses still lack high placements. Other streams do have placements but the salary is not satisfactory to me. Internships help a lot in getting placed according to the structure and syllabus of this college.
Infrastructure: For aided stream, every infrastructure is awesome. The hostel and the water facilities are good for aided students. As for self-financed students, the hostel facility does not have much to explain. The college infrastructure is great for day scholars and the library's opening hours is a bit narrow.
Faculty: Exams will be conducted throughout the semester with 5 internals and one external. You'll be writing 5 internals for each subject. As for B.Com honors, you'll be having 7 to 8 main subjects and every test is divided into 2. So totally you'll be writing 10 tests for a single subject in one semester.
