Banasthali is a well known women college . It gives a wide variety of courses like B.A.,B.Sc, B.B.A., B.tech, B.Des etc. Banasthali university also provide primary and secondary education. Placements: To be very honest, Lexicon Management Institute of Leadership and Exellence offer a very good placement oppertunity to its student. Companies like Accenture, CitiBank, Raymonds, Marriott, Hilton, IDFC First Bank, TIAA, eClerx visit the campus for Hiring young telents of Lexicon.

Placements: About 95% of students get placed every year in our college. The highest salary package offered was 1 LPA in the previous year. TIAA, HSBC, and ICICI are the top recruiters. About 70% of students get paid internships. There are 4 specialisations in our college like marketing, human resource, finance, and research in business analytics. Students can choose two subjects according to their choice and get placements in the chosen sector.

Placements: I am still pursuing my PGDM from this college. As per my previous they provide 100% placement with good package in well known companies. They managed to give 100% internship too in this tough time of COVID, they have tie ups with well established corporate companies.

Placements: About 89% of the students from our course got placed. The salary package offered ranges between 1.8-3.8 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Amazon, HGS, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, Karvy, etc. , visit our campus for placements. Few students from our course got an internship at the college.

Placements: Thirty to forty percent of students were placed in our college, the highest average package offered in our course was 1 to 3 lacs and the lowest package offered in our course was 20 thousand to 40 thousand. 40 percent students from our college got internship in big companies.

Placements: Our college has a poor placement record. The highest salary package offered ranges from 3-4 LPA. The placement cell is very poor. There is no interaction between the students and the placement cell. Eligible students don't get the placement. Students get placed forcefully as per the planned selection list made by the college authorities. The management section is very poor, and once they get the fee, then they refuse to provide proper facilities for the students.

Placements: The average salary package offered in our college was 6.25 LPA. The placement cell works great. The effort put in by them is great. It has been doing good over the years. Seniors have their placement in place of internships.

Placements: The placements are good. Companies like Allstate, 99acres, Eclerx, and many more companies come to our campus for recruitment. In MILE, we have to do a 9-month internship, where we get practical exposure to companies. 100% internships are offered to students by the college. The placement cell is active. The stipend offered is 10,000 to 30,000 and above.

Placements: Our college has very good placements. Many companies come for recruitment, like Eclerx, Piagio, Jaro Education, Oyo etc. The packages offered are good. Some students who got placed in the HR field got a package of 6 LPA. Students are offered internships of 9 months. The college follows a tri-semester system. The placement cell staff are good and experienced. They put good effort for students.

Placements: Placements in our college are really good due to the industry-driven curriculum. Seniors are already started working in top companies. Placements for marketing students are much in starting compared to HR specialisation. Return on investment is good compared to other colleges with fake promises.
