Our college has great infrastructure, opportunities for exchange programs and friendly environment.

Placements: Placement training was given to the students from the start of 3rd year of the course, which included aptitude training, logical ability and preparation for interviews. The deserved students found their way to a good career, and they ended up getting placed in good companies. It has been only a few years since they started this college. They are making efforts to increase the placement percentage year by year. Students who are willing to explore things and accept challenges can join this college...

It is the best college to improve your skills in academics and extra-curricular activities.

Placements: We had many opportunities to test our skills during placements periods that took place regularly in our timetable which helped us to get placed in top companies such as Zoho, TCS, Atos, Syntel, etc. Almost all our batchmates got placed in reputed companies with a salary package ranging from 3 LPA - 4 LPA.

It is a good college. Students would get good exposure and can gain good knowledge.

Placements: About 16 students out of 65 got selected for placements. Top companies like CTS, TCS and Infosys visited here for recruiting students. The salary offered starts from Rs. 12,000 per month and the maximum salary offered is Rs. 25,000 per month. It is a new college, and it is its high performance.

The college is one of the top tier colleges in Chennai.

Placements: Around 75% of the students in our batch got placed through campus. The others are on their way to do higher studies. Many companies come through Amcat examination and choose candidates.

The college has good infrastructure, and it is in the main part of the city.

Placements: Our department used to get less placement as compared to other departments every time, like 40% of the students would get placed. I don't remember exactly, but the highest salary offered is Rs. 80,000 per month and the lowest salary offered is Rs. 25,000 per month. Top recruiting companies were Bosch, Valeo, CTS, etc. Around 60% of the students got an internship in various industrial firms. Top roles offered to the students are production head at most.

In LICET, we have the best days of our college life.

Placements: Placement opportunities are good in our college but not as expected as per the current trend. However, our college tries to place all the interested students by providing opportunities like internships and proper training. Not all companies visit our campus for placements, but companies like TCS recruit many students. Placements depend on CGPA. Students who have arrears are allowed to attend placements depending on the companies request. If a student got placed in a company, then they will not l...

Our college provides poor quality education.

Placements: Our college provides good placements, but the salary package offered is not enough for the current economy. Top companies don't visit here for recruitment as small companies visit here for placements. Placements are good for students who want less salary packages.

The college is well and good, which empowers everyone with talent.

Placements: An average number of students were placed and expecting some more students to be placed but not all. The highest salary package offered was 12 LPA. The lowest salary offered was Rs. 15,000 per month. Top recruiting companies like L&T, SAP, and Wipro. Students who opt for placements went through their internships as a group and an individual in many companies.

It is one of the prestigious institutions. Being a student here is a fortune.

Placements: All the students were placed in our department who all have opted for placement. The highest salary package offered is 9.8 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. Expenditure is the top recruiting company. Human resource leader is the top role offered to the students. In our course, the highest salary package offered is 9.8 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. Almost 80% of the students got an internship in companies like Lactis, ONGC, etc.

Absolutely satisfied with good infrastructure and placements.

Placements: Placement facilities are available in our college. Every year, many students get placed in many companies. But, the students are placed based on the eligibility criteria. That's only the problem we face because many students can't sit for placements.

I'm satisfied with the college.

Placements: Placements in the college have been good so far. Many good companies have visited our college and have recruited some potential candidates with good salary packages. Our college has been a consistent player for past few years in the list of campus placements among other colleges in and around, with good placement training and well-furnished technological knowledge being provided to students.

An excellent college in the heart of the city.

Placements: The college provides a good percentage of placement opportunities in first-tier companies. They also provide hands-on training for students to attend interviews in companies like SAP Labs, Zoho etc. Some students have been placed in companies with a salary package of 6 LPA.

Loved the infrastructure and the place, but placements need to be improved.

Placements: Placements are not that good as the college is established recently. The college is not much concerned about placements. But, a very few good companies like Tech Mahindra, Byju's, BNP, Paribas and Zoho visit the campus for placements, and the other companies that visit the campus were small companies.

Decent infrastructure with average faculty.

Placements: The placements were average for both our batch as well as our senior batches. We had very few core companies to attend and people who got placed were mostly in non-core companies. The average salary of placed students might be around 18000-20000 per month. Coming to the core companies, MRF was the only reputed company to have come to our college and they selected only a handful. Selected candidates were offered trainee positions. The college has a placement cell where students can clear any doub...

Good college for self studying students who cannot disturbed by the outside environment.

Placements: Many good companies won't come. Most of the companies are from sales and marketing. Cores and software companies are rare. Placement training is better. You can apply for off campus and get placed, the college will help you in getting placed in off campus.

A good college for students who want to be perfect engineers.

Placements: Our college offers placement training and communication skills classes to the students. They also teach extra programming languages like Python and Ruby which are not in the syllabus. Teachers make the students eligible for the placements by the end of 3rd year.

It is a good college if you are a studious guy.

Placements: Placement opportunities were good, except that you need more CGPA. If you have an arrear, you won't be allowed for the placements. Otherwise, they are good. There are good companies, which visit the college to the students in bulk like TCS. Most of the students with good CGPA get through easily, whether you pass or not, it is in your hands.

It was a new college, but now for the new joiners it is the best to pick, before its too late.

Placements: It was a new college at that time. 50% students were placed. But even then companies like Zoho, Vernalis, Tech Mahindra, Hexaware came to campus. Also, companies like Accenture, Infosys, IBM, CTS came in Anna University off-campus drive, in which our college students are eligible to attend. Roles offered are Software Developer, Testing Engineer, Network Engineer. Salary package from Rs. 20000 to 40000 p.m. were those offered. Internship was taken by 30% of students only from my batch. The best a student can get.

Placements: Placements as far as my batch is considered, I would rate 3/5 as we had only one technical company (MRF) and one internship (KONE Elevators). We got a quite a few IT companies and good ones like SAP Labs, Vernalis also. But I assure that more core companies will come in the near future.

LICET is a great college with wonderful faculty members and a great campus life

Placements: I was part of the first batch which graduated from this college. Being the first batch, only 50%(150 students) of the students graduated while the remaining had standing arrears. And out of these 150 students, hardly 75 students got placed before the final examinations. The companies like Saipem, Cognizant, TCS, Tech Mahindra, American Megatrends and MRF had visited for the campus interview offering the roles of Technical Assistant, Entry Level Engineer and similar roles. But, internships were n...
