Placements: The placements on the campus were good. The college provides the internship, and they can continue the studies. You can trust the Ramaiah College as it is the best you get. The quality education here is good, and you can simply trust this institution.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the campus is good. This is one of the best colleges in Bangalore. The campus is neat and clean. The classrooms are big and spacious. For Government polytechnic admission entrance test is mandatory. There are no cut off mark system for taking admission. Only entrance scorecard is required for eligibility.

Yes, you have to take an entrance exam as without entrance exam you will not get admission in civil engineering at MS Ramaiah College.

Yes, you can surely join, but why? Diploma is three years while graduation is a four-year course. Difference of only one year. I feel you should not give up hope. I am sure, if you got admission then you are capable of passing too. Meet principal if you have financial worries.

Hello Jaya,
Diploma as the name suggests is diploma and not a degree. Hence where ever minimum qualifications asked for is degree, you can not apply. But govt employees diploma holders too in many states as junior engineer.
