Placements: The placements here are good. Companies like TCS, Wipro, hp, Myntra and Amazon visit the campus for recruitment. It basically depends upon the eligibility of the students to get selected. If you are eligible and strong in whatever skills you have, then you'll definitely get placed.
Placements: In the past few years, the placements in the college have improved. Prior 2014, the college mostly relied on IT companies like TCS, IBM, and Cognizant for the placements. But, the companies from every field come for recruitment. For example, the companies offering the profile of mechanical engineering when I passed out were Quest, TAAL, Mahindra, Rivigo, UTC aerospace, etc. Apart from these, our regular recruiters include L&T Infotech, Brandship, First American, Mu Sigma, Capgemini, Accenture, T...
Placements: Placements are quite good for branches like computer science, information science, electronics and communication. Companies like HP, Dell, Nokia Siemens and many have visited the campus several times and have handpicked deserving candidates. However, aeronautical and mechanical have less placements here. These latter branches can expect one or two companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra, etc.
Placements: There were hardly any core companies this year for aeronautical. None of the students got placed in core companies even outside. Few of them were placed at TCS. A few others like me fetched business development authority in some other companies like BYJU'S etc. Overall, this year's placement was horrible.
Placements: I can tell placements are pretty good. But the thing is that there is no mass recruiter till now. Compared to previous years, placements were a little dull this time. Some tech support and a few software companies visited and picked students like 3-10 maximum. We had pool placement drives more than on-campus drives.
Placements: The placement is average in this college and one can't expect more from this college. According to the college ranking, the placement offered is not at all satisfactory. My seniors' placement was just average. Only around 40-50% were placed for IT branches and 10-15% from the core branches. The highest package was 18 lakhs and lowest was 3.2 lakhs.
Placements: Placements were good when I took admission and gradually it came down when I was in the final year. The average salary package offered was Rs. 3.15 lpa. Companies like TCS, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, Quest Global, Eurofins visited the campus. Most of roles offered were trainee engineer.
Placements: The placement is pretty good for CSE, aeronautical engineering and mechanical engineering. CSE gets the best placement but the last year (2016) has been not very good especially for CS. The maximum offer reaches 8-9 lac per annum every year and a good number of students (90% of the qualified) gets placed every year, except for the last year. Companies like TCS and Accenture visit the campus but do not expect elite companies to visit here. The college also provides good internship opportunities a...
Placements: The placements for the academic batch-2016 were very good compared to the previous batches. The college managed to attract quite good and reputed companies. TCS was one the companies to hire in bulk as it hired 205 students in a day alone from MVJCE. Mass companies like Tech-M, IBM and Capgemeni also hired in good numbers. Of total 500 odd eligible students, nearly 440 students were placed. Companies like Mu Sigma and Nokia offered 6.5 LPA, companies like Fractal offered 4 LPA, while TCS and T...
MVJ college has one of the best infrastructures in Bangalore. The classrooms are spacious and there is a lot of greenery on the campus. MVJ college provides 90% placement to eligible candidates. So, do not worry about the placements. The faculty is a little problematic here. They are not many faculty members in the college for small departments. In addition, most of them carry a poor attitude towards students. When it comes to rules, this college is the worst. There are hardly any fests, th...
Teachers are caring but irritating at times. Campus environment is nice and pleasant. A bit of more rules and regulations are imposed on students for example- dress code, timing limits, etc. Canteen food is fully vegetarian and the best. Library has a vast variety of books but a book can only be issued for 10 days at maximum. The playground can be only used after college timings that is 4 pm. The college timings are from 8 am to 4 pm which is little hectic to manage. The placement is decent as m...
I studied CS in MVJCE. The main reason for choosing this college was that it was near to my home. After joining I did not regret my decision as the campus and crowd was fabulous. The faculty and the infrastructure was also good. The fee structure is not bad as there are scholarships for few category of students. Placements were also quite good. Along with Engineering, MVJ also has Diplomo, PU, M.tech and MCA courses which are really helpful for the students and they can study everything at the ...
I completed my course in 2014 July. When I was studying college, infrastructure was not good and placements was very less. In 2015, they improved in infrastructure and placements. Now a days, it become best for placements, especially for ECE and CSE. So, recommend this college for the students, who wants to do ECE or CSE.
Trained professional environment to learn a lot and helpful faculties. It was a wonderful experience of a lifetime the time of 4 years I spent there with all my batch mates. The exceptional infrastructure and inventories helped gain a lot of latest technology.
The college is located near IPTL, which is Information Technology hub. Also, it is very good college for students who want to take up Aeronautical Engineering and the college offers Post-graduation in all the branches and also it is the only college providing Post-graduation in Aeronautical Engineering in Karnataka.
The infrastructure is nice, well ventilated and well equipped with latest instruments. Interestingly, campus has a gym also. Canteen is spacious and provides good food at reasonable rates. For hangouts, we need to travel pretty far. Faculty is decent enough. Techers are experienced. Attendance is an important aspect. Students need to maintain 85% attendance, failing which we get detained. 10% leverage is only given if provided with proper medical. There are various other rules as well: mobiles n...
The college has improved its infrastructure, with Wi-Fi enabled campus up to a certain range and restricted area. The placement from the past two years have been awesome, if you just have 60% throughout. Food provided is average but one can get many options outside the campus. Gymnasium facility is also provided at a reasonable rate. Labs are well-designed. There has been always a problem with faculty experiences. College is strict with its rules and regulations. It has a good reputation regardi...
I choose to studyTelecom and we have few best faculty and the best best infrastructure. Its huge 450 acres of green campus and forest area surrounding the campus. The campus provides an awesome range of facilities and infrastructure for sports and fitness, on par with the best in the world.
It's a very good college with nearly 80% placement record. Although placements depends on the requirement of industries. But you will learn a lot and it would help you to behave professionally in future. It has got a big central library. But it’s not having any green playground.
