MITS is one of good institutes in Gwalior, but in 2017, core companies came for placement were less.

Placements: 30% of the students got placed in core companies like Crompton Greaves, etc., and 60% of the students got placed in IT companies. Overall, there is a good scope for talented students. The highest package offered is Rs. 10 Lacs per annum, and the average package is Rs. 3.2 Lacs per annum. The institute provides a scholarship for good students, and as it is a semi-government college, it offers scholarship on the basis of caste and income.

The college has good infrastructure and good faculty.

Placements: The college provides excellent placements. There is a placement cell which helps the students. Many companies came here to recruit students. It can be said that the overall placements are good. The salary packages are offered around 3-4 LPA. It is compulsory for all the students to take internships which is good and helpful to them.

Absolutely dissatisfied because the environment of college is so poor all the time chaos happens.

Placements: Placements in my college is fine. Average placement is of 4-5 lacs per annum. This year companies like Accenture, quikr, mahindra etc. Have came and have selected eligible candidates. Placements depends on students capability college has to do nothing with it. But well many students who wanted to go in technical line go through the campus selection and get placed somewhere then live h happy and a satisfied life.

Average college with good preparation guidance and not so good placement.

Placements: Placement is far better than any ordinary private sector college. It is very less compared to IIT or NIT. Generally package ranges from 2 to 12 LPA. Mass recruiters generally tave more than enough students and mostly all the average students get placed from campus. Training and placement cell is not good enough. Average package is of 3.75. About 50% of students get placed.

A College with great infrastructure and atmosphere.

Placements: The T&P cell of this college is quite good but it can be made better by making it more student friendly. No. Of companies placing students are just average okay. More no. Of companies should come to place more no. Of students. The average package is low (3.5 LPA). .

New Director Sir is bringing some good changes.

Placements: Placements are good. Even I got placed in one of the IT company and I am happy for that. Talking about our seniors. The highest of 9.0 Lacs has been placed in core company (Mechanical). Every year good companies comes and mostly IT students have good varieties of companies to choose.

Really good infrastructure.

Placements: Placement is average here, companies like Accenture, TCS and Infosys, wipro, visits here. Amdocs and directie also conduct their placement here too. Placement depends on market here. And you can easily get job here if you prepare very little. Placement is not much satisfied here but still you can grab a job in service based companies.

Amazing infrastructure, well-qualified faculty members and awesome environment.

Placements: There is a placement cell in my college. Many of the students get selected for placements because more than 10 companies visit the campus, and they offer an average package of 4 lacs per annum. Most of the companies are of CS/IT sector, but students of any branch can apply. On an average, 40% of students got placed and 5% of students got internships.

Placements: About 20-30% placement are done a year. Mostly from CSE, IT, EE, ME. Infosys, IBM etc. Are the company which hire students from here. The highest salary of about 10-11 Lacs per annum may be. For training and placement special classes are organised for 3 4 year student.

College is good if u like to prefer low cost education.

Placements: As this is a government college placement for core mechanical was about 15% and rest 20-30% were placed in it and CS. Due to location of this college the placement are also affected as there are not much of industries around Gwalior or Madhya Pradesh. But talent pool in the college is good as it is no. 2 state gov college.

I must say that I am studying in India's top 50 colleges, and it is increasing its ranking too.

Placements: The placements are fine, but there is a great opportunity especially for EE and civil students. For CSE and IT students also, there are also opportunities, but only a few companies visit the college. For chemical students, also there is a great opportunity and also get good packages. About 70 of the students get placed, and the average packages are around 3.2 LPA.

It is a good choice for students looking for admission in government college.

Placements: Mostly software companies visit our college sometimes one or two core companies also visit. Last year Escenture selected 180 students from all branches. The package was 3.5 LPA. A core company of electrical selected 5 students and it's maximum package was of 7.5 LPA. However in MITS maximum package from electrical is of 12 LPA and from electronics is of 4 LPA. Many companies visit our college but they selects the best students.

This is an average college, better than private college but doesn't expect too much.

Placements: The placement was quite good. Around 50% of the students got campus placement, while rest of the students also got selected through offline campus. The first company to visit was Persistent System, then TCS, Tech Mahindra, Trident are among others. The highest package was 4.55 LPA. We were offered software Engineer post in different domain depending on the interest.

Concludingly, its a great college. We get good ranks in GATE and CAT.

Placements: Yes, we have a placement. That's what I would like to say. We are visited by IT companies and core companies but they are not enough to get everyone placed. We also get psu's like BORL and INDIAN OIL-ADANI. A beginner's pay of 3.5 CTC can be expected. We also had TATA PROJECTS this year, and we are hopeful for more companies in the coming years. We had mass recruiters like ACCENTURE. I say if you work hard enough, you are sure to get placed and atleast get exposure. ACCENTURE has been our regula...

A brief insight to MITS Gwalior.

Placements: The placement of our senior batch was good. Around, 30-40% of the students got placed. However, the minimum salary package offered was Rs. 25,000 per month, and three students got placed in BORL, while six got a chance to give an interview. The others got placed in some other companies and Berger Paints as well.

I am satisfied with the college and the faculty members.

Placements: The placement of MITS is good as compared to the other colleges in Gwalior, The percentage of students, who are recruited is also better than others, but the problem also exists there. A very few companies visited the campus like Microsoft and Google never visit the campus.

Overall MITS is an average college for studies.

Placements: The college placements here are not as high as NITs or IITs, but MITS is a well-known college for the placements in Madhyapradesh. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Capgemini, IBM, Infosys, etc., provide packages of Rs. 3.5 Lacs to 4.5 Lacs every year. In 2017 'Direct-I' offered a package of Rs. 9.5 Lacs for the CSE/IT students, but due to some mistakes of students, it blacklisted this college. I believe that if a student has capabilities, then he/she can be placed in any company as it does ...
