Absolutely everything is in our hands. Management won't be providing good placement support.

Faculty: Teachers are completely helpful, qualified and well knowledge. Reaching will be great. Course curriculum is good but that's not worth for making students industry ready. Difficult level is in the hands of students & their understanding. Pass percentage is around close to 60% per year.

If you only want to complete the course, then you can study here.

Faculty: Teachers are good, friendly, qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is good with good interaction with students, and students understand their skills and knowledge. This course curriculum is relevant, and students are industry-ready.

Absolutely dissatisfied because there is no placement, but good infrastructure and faculty members.

Faculty: The staff are well-qualified, but there are freshers, and their qualification is B.E only. Their teaching quality is good, but every department has some of the well-experienced and knowledgeable staff members. The student-faculty ratio is 60:1.

My full opinion and experience about my college.

Faculty: They are not qualified that much but teaching is better than expected. They are very helpful in studies. There are no special teaching methods. Only old teaching methods are used. The course curriculum is useful because we learn both mechanical and electrical. I don't know how to calculate the ratio but I can tell that the staff is more than enough. Faculty members are very friendly. I didn't get any industry exposure.

The college where we can learn life with experienced staff and technology.

Faculty: The faculty members present are highly experienced. The will be using both virtual and normal methods of teaching. The student-faculty ratio is about 2 for 60. Industry visits organized by the college are very less. The curriculum used by the college is 2008 Anna university regulation which has almost become obsolete with the advancement in technology.

The teachers in my college are well versed with their subjects and very good, they have been training us more practically. The college also offers scholarships. Every college has some pros and cons. Our college offers a home-like and comfortable environment to its students.

It is an average college. In terms of placement it is not up to the mark but if you want to enjoy your 4 years than it’s a good option. Faculty is not adequate but is good enough. Location wise it’s also good as the surrounding is very fresh and enjoyable. As it is a govt. college so you can also find a competitive atmosphere to build yourself but you have to do it on your own.

It’s a good college from faculty point of view but if I come to the Placement and services its worst. You should choose this college for faculty members not for Placement because you never going to placed and if by chance you get placed it would be for you harder to survive in that kind of company.

If you want to get an engineering degree at any cost then you can join this college. You have to develop the skills yourself. Major issue with this college is: Say your class lecture is on leave , you won't be allowed to go to library or lab and do your stuff * Instead they will put some substitute teacher and make you sit idle * Kill the innovative ideas * No proper lab facility * Overall, I would suggest you to do some BSC computer course instead of engineering in Maharaja Engineering college...

This college is placed in NH544 Salem to Ernakulam Road, 45 KM far from Coimbatore. This College has enough infrastructure. Staff has good knowledge. Now the college administration has improved their quality. Transport facilities are good. College fee is somewhat high but it is acceptable compared to some other colleges. The quality of education is good. Totally this is an average college with good quality of education.

I like my department staff members more than my college, they really treated us like their friends and helped us in many ways to succeed with our degree. I won’t forget the efforts they put in for us, for our success. The lab facilities were nice and we almost got all the equipments for our studies.

Review of Maharaja Engineering College.

Faculty: It is a four years course. All faculty members here are ME completed and more experienced. They have good knowledge, helpful in sharing knowledge and are well qualified. Daily tests and exclusive internal tests are conducted, which gives more knowledge about subjects.
