Placements, faculties, and facilities are average in this college.

Placements: Around 15% of students get placements in this college. The average package offered by companies is 4-5 lakh. Mostly TCS, Infosys, etc. come here, so don't expect on-campus placements from this college. If you are lucky, then only you will get a placement on campus.

Extremely dissatisfied from college because of placements and quality of teaching.

Placements: Actually, I am a student of B.Tech. 3rd year, and I saw previous year's placements were not good enough, and almost 50-60% or more students didn't get any placement. The highest was 50 LPA, but that wasn't campus placement; the lowest was 1.5-2 LPA; the average was 3 LPA. Top recruitment companies are TCS and Wipro. Only 30–40% students got internships.

MPGI is an annoying college, no placements, no functions.

Placements: If you have money and time, don't come to this college. No placements are happening. Approximately 10% of students get placed, but many of them also come back. The highest package was 52 Lacs per annum, and the lowest was 2 Lacs per annum. Companies like Amazon came, but only one student got placed. Max 10% got internships in companies like Amazon and Infosys, etc. As a CS student, I can work anywhere in program developing, cloud computing, etc. Teachers of this college don't have basic 8th-grad...

Dissatisfied with the placements, faculty, and the infrastructure.

Placements: The college does not offer good placements. The average placement package offered is less than 2 Lacs per annum and the companies are not reliable for long term jobs. The placements department is also not very active, therefore, this college’s placements are not reliable for a good career.

Overall, it is a good college if you do not get any government college.

Placements: Our college provides pretty good campus placements in the CSE course with a salary package of 5 LPA. More than 90% of students from the CSE course get placed. More than 100 companies visit our campus. Placements for other branch students are not that good, but they can apply for CSE placements if they are good enough.

If you stay in Kanpur, select this college, or else do not select this college.

Placements: If you took admission in the mechanical or civil engineering branch, then you may face many problems regarding placements. If you take admission in a computer science course, then it will be beneficial for the placement purpose. The highest salary package offered in the mechanical branch ranges between 2.4-3 LPA. The highest salary package offered in the computer science course ranges between 3.25-4 LPA. In the mechanical branch, you will not get an internship. Other branches like electronics, e...

Good college because of campus crowd.

Placements: The placements are average, and not everyone is placed on the campus. The placement was conducted, and student-placement ration was 50:50. A few of them didn't turn up for the process and rest were not selected as companies who came up to the college were offering very fewer packages.

I think this college is better for students who want to get knowledge

Placements: There is no placement provided by the college to meritorious students. They only do a fake advertising of placements. Placements companies come but very few students are taken by them. Mechanical strength is more but placements are nil. The placement cell does not focus on the students' future. More BPO-type companies came for placements. Students of other branches of this college also came here for placements but no one got selected here in the mechanical branch. The students who are selected a...

Absolutely satisfied with teachers and their methods. Dissatisfied with placement.

Placements: Near about 15% of placement in my batch and branch. They offered an annual salary of 1.8 lpa. They offered the designation as a site engineer. Placements for other branches like CS and IT branch were good. These branches offered an annual salary up to 5 lpa.

MPEC Kanpur is a private engineering college affiliated to AJKTU (UPTU).The Campus is spread over an area of approximately 50 Acres of land. The Campus is fully Wi-Fi. I think you should go anywhere.

Placements: This year 2024 only the 10 % - 15 % placement success rate. This year the college suffer the huge lack of placement. The placement rate are goes to below poor. College also take the training feels for training and even after the placement rate are very poor.
