It is a good college with good campus in the main campus.

Placements: There are some companies, which came to our college. For some companies, all the colleges manage a campus drive. All the seniors are not placed, but some are placed in very good companies. Last year, lots of drives were conducted in our college. Outdoor drives help many students.

Filled with memories when I studied there.

Placements: It was a good experience when I attended several placements during the college time. I was even selected in 2 companies at the same time with a good package. It is a positive energy when the college placement has placed you. Eventually, the highest package that our college placement got was 24 LPA, that too from Microsoft. It was a great achievement that placed a golden crown on our heads.

Review of MAIET. Dissatisfied because of the placement cell.

Placements: The placement cell in the college is not at all good. Only 2-3 companies of telecommunication visit the college every year. So, the college placement cell and faculty have to work hard to provide placements to the students.

The placements and the faculty of the college are not good.

Placements: There are few companies which come to the college for the recruitment. Otherwise, the college always tells to go for the pool campusing in other colleges. The companies for CS and other branches come often, but for the mechanical, they only bring us 3,4 companies.

Not good but can be better in future.

Placements: The placement opportunities offered are limited. Not all the companies visit here that shown in the prospectus of the college at the time of admission. I have not heard any great package got by any student of my college from the time of my admission. But I am sure that my college will cope up with the time in the placement field.

Partially satisfied because of the faculty.

Placements: There is no option of placements. The placements are depended upon the students. If the student's communication skill/ knowledge/grades are good, then he /she can get placements, so it depends on students. There is only one option for getting placed that is off-campus. If you do hard work, then you have a chance to get placements.

Campus in main city, good hostel and mess services, placements are average, less crowd.

Placements: The placement percentage in this college is 10% (my senior batch) i.e. 1 student is selected in every 10 students. If I talk about companies, they are generally local companies. The highest package offered is 5-6 lakh per annum and the average package is about 3-3.5 lakh per annum. And for internship, you have to do that from outside i.e. the college doesn't provide any internship, you have to do by yourself.

I am dissatisfied because of placement and faculty.

Placements: My batchmates and seniors had different companies like Sharp, Snapdeal, Indian Railways, I-flex, Adept, Exide, TCS and PSUs. The percentage of placements of my college is 25% approximately on the campus. The highest package is 7 lacs, the lowest package is 1.8 lacs and the average package is 2.8 lacs. Other companies which visited the campus are Virgo, Indian Army, Exide, Satya, Adept Solution, etc. Roles were offered is software development and tower maintenance. If you just want a degree then the college is okay.

Placements: Various companies like Snapdeal, TCS, Indian Railways, I-flex, Adept Solution, Virgo Syst, Indian Army, Exide, Satya, etc. Approximately 30% students were placed. The highest package is 7 lacs. The lowest package is 2.3 lacs. The average package is 3.1 lacs. Roles were offered for system solution and software development. No one got an internship.

You will get only a BTech degree here.

Placements: Frankly speaking, no one got placed through the college, though some of the students got the job on their own (off-campus). The average package was 8000. Most of the students were enrolled in preparing government jobs like banking, SSC, railways, etc. No good companies visit the campus. Hence, the student has only off-campus placements. A few talented students cracked GATE and got selected for M.Tech in IITs and NITs and government jobs like PSUs.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty, infrastructure, placements and facilities.

Placements: There are no placements for mechanical engineering students and the college is not so good at providing technical knowledge to its students. Furthermore, its main aim is to collect only money from its students, so will advise other students not to get into the trap of this institute. There was no internship provided by the college, so students have to find it through themselves. For our core branch i.e. mechanical, only one company came named Safe Tower which was also not a registered company by...

Review of Maharishi Arvind Institute of Engineering and Technology: read it before taking admission.

Placements: I am in the fourth year and the college brought only one company of CNC operator. Everything that they say at the time of taking admission is a lie. The promise of bringing hundred percent placement is a total lie. They just inform us when a company comes for open campus and say that they brought the company.

The most pathetic college I've ever seen.

Placements: Third class college with third class placement. You can say a placement-less college with no enthusiasm to get some companies so that students can face at least interviews and experience something. No workshops or internships for students to experience the industry. Really third class environment of this college. Some local companies come in this college for showoff. They pick one or two after a 5 to 6 hrs of interview session and in the last they go. No placement for my batch at all. ...

A bad experience in this college.

Placements: The placement is the worst as no placement is there in this college. Anyone will hate it for sure and this is one of them. I only remember 2 companies coming here when I was in my last year. I think they offered around 12,000 to 3 students and they actually refused to work in that company. So, it is kind of the worst for placements in this college. There were no internships and no workshops at all here.

It was a painful experience at Maharishi Arvind Institute of Engineering and Technology.

Placements: Placements were below average as few companies came to college so roughly, around 20 percent students got placed and the salary offered was between 10,000 to 20,000. Because of the very low salary, half of the students were not interested in joining. So in the matter of placements, this college is really very poor. I do not even remember the companies' names as they were new startup-based companies. Roles offered by companies were mainly PHP and Java-based software engineer. No internship was of...

Why you should not join in MAIET?

Placements: So far placements are fine, but not as much as present on the back of their brochure. You will find most of the companies are local enterprises by which you will be offered only with 10-12k salary package and sometimes bond with a one-year agreement. Mechanical companies are far from fine at MAIET if you look in depth into the college placement.

Bad faculty, worse infrastructure and worst placements.

Placements: Forget about internship, no placements. First of all, no known companies are called and if any come for the placement, chances are they could be either blacklisted or fraudulent. Some local companies come for placement and they give package from 7k to 10k per month. For Infosys/Cognizant/Wipro, you have to go to walk-in drives conducted by other colleges in Jaipur.

A big disappointment. No facilities at all.

Placements: The placement is the worst. Low-class companies came 4 to 5 times in the whole year. 2 people were placed and salary was about 10,000 to 12,000. Really, the placement in this college is the worst to your career. So if anyone wants to take admission in this college, then do not expect any placement.

This college is especially best for mechanical engineering. I would suggest everyone to join the college for engineering and get placements in the best companies of the world. Faculty members are also good and everything is the best at their level. The best thing about the college is that the location is quite good because it is situated on the main road. Companies like Convergys, IBM, Appro & many other companies visit the campus. Also, a national level conference is held at the college for di...

One of the oldest private colleges in Rajasthan, MAIET has a friendly atmosphere. The Faculty is old and they always stick to their old methods of teaching. Placements are not so good. If you want to enjoy your college life, go for MAIET else go for some other college which has better placements.
