Need improvement in academics and placements.

Faculty: Most restrictive teachers that I had ever seen in my life. Probably most of the teachers stick to the text books. We have a lot of confusion between academics and placements. As they told us to concentrate on placements and not be allowed to attend the academic class. But they will punish us when we score average marks in academics.

Recorded as a higher placement college in Tamil Nadu by the NAAAN Mudhalvan.

Faculty: We surely are asked to attend the industrial visits twice a year. During such industrial visits, we may approach the companies of our relevant fields. It's easy to pass exams, but to score above the 8.5 CGPA, we must study throughout the year. Also, most of the questions in exams were real-time applications based.

Engineering college in Mailam.

Faculty: All the lectures present in our college were highly experienced and helpful. But they often stick to the textbook rather than providing exposure and practical classes. They arrange industrial visits for students once a year. They concentrate more on academic results rather than anything else. The semester results were really high when compared to other colleges.

Feedback about mailam engineering college.

Faculty: As internals exams were conducted at the end of every month and such results were intimate to our parents via post and phone. Also our teachers intimate the fees payments via post. All our teachers were more concentrated on completing their works from completing portions to fees payments.

Good placements are there in our college.

Faculty: The faculty in our college are friendly; they help us a lot in understanding the concepts; they are fabulous; and they clarify our doubts too. The course curriculum is good but some new topics need to be added. The semester exams are difficult. The pass percentage is 65%.

About the new course in Mailam Engineering College.

Faculty: Our professors are highly helpful and knowledgeable, though sometimes they are too strict. They encourage us to participate in cultural events like dance, singing, and so on. They also provide good academic results throughout the year with some rank holders too.

Good campus with good infrastructure.

Faculty: Good faculty teaching. Comfortable teachers with good behavior. Good, knowledgeable people with a high standard of teaching. The course curriculum is relevant; it has all subjects related to the course. It makes students industry-ready. Exams are a little bit hard.

Placement satisfaction nowadays is quite good.

Faculty: The faculty members were very strict and irritating. They always focused on their work, never bothered about students' problems, mindsets, and troubles. Clearing semester examinations is a bit tough, but if you study the important questions, it would be easier.

MBA life at Mailam Engineering College.

Faculty: The faculty members are more irritable and disappointing. They always rush to focus on studying and never allow us for extracurricular activities. They are very strict and don't allow students for industrial visits, camps, or inter-college competitions, especially girl students.

These days, there are fewer placement opportunities available now.

Faculty: The faculty members were helpful, supportive, and motivating. But sometimes, especially during placements and industrial visits, when it comes to payments, they can be the most irritating people. They do sometimes show favoritism towards students, but not all the time. The classes typically focus on classroom teaching rather than practical sessions.

Dissatisfied because of the faculty.

Faculty: Our teachers are more irritative and demotivating. They never care about students' problems, worries, or trouble, and they always focus on their work, like completing the syllabus on time and maintaining attendance. But sometimes they took care of us, especially during industrial visits.

Need to concentrate on placement activities.

Faculty: Usually, clearing a Bachelor's in electrical and electronics engineering is very hard, but it was much easier for me with the help of my teachers. I'm a below-average student, and I easily cleared my semester examinations with a higher percentage with the help and guidance of my lecturers.

Student counselors resolve the issues of students. No ragging.

Faculty: The teachers were more helpful and concentrated more on academics than extracurricular activities. They always focused on resolving the issues of students. There is a separate student counselor allocated for students to resolve their issues. It is easy to clear semester examinations.
