I am satisfied with my college facilities. They provide good placements and good infrastructure.

Placements: In our college they give many placements. Companies like Red carpet, Fitso visit in our college. Salary they offered the highest upto 3.42 Lacs per annual and the lowest 1.24 Lacs per annual. 40% of students got internship from college. Placement is very useful for us.

I am satisfied with our college infrastructure, faculty and extracurricular activities.

Placements: The placements were pretty decent. The number of recruiters did not suffice as it doesn't cater to all the students. The placements vary by the department along with the batch size. The packages offered were average, and also it depends totally on the aspirant.

The college has good teaching faculty members but hectic schedule.

Placements: Being a botany student, we generally don't get placements just after completing our graduation. Regarding internships, only a few students who are willing to continue the subject further, they do it with a maximum stipend of Rs. 8,000-10,000. I think there should be placement offers for science students too.

Placements are not much good.

Placements: The placements for our batch weren't much good and not much-reputed companies visited the campus. We expected a lot, but only one or two good companies came for placements. Have there been many placements, many of us would get a good and reputed job.

One of the best science colleges in DU.

Placements: There were no placements for the students of B.Sc Hons. botany. Students must have a B.Ed degree even to get placed in the teaching field. Most of the students changed their streams for higher education or decided to give university exam to do M.Sc. Therefore, there were no placements as such for this programme.

Very good faculty, infrastructure and other facilities, but there were no placements for B.Sc.

Placements: There are no placements, but students get a lot of opportunities to visit research centres and work with them, and the college provides us to work with Nanotech experiment. They take us to various universities and provide us with an opportunity to develop our nation with our knowledge.

If you have the option, go for other colleges.

Placements: Placements in college were not good. The salary packages offered were quite less. Even the companies that visit the campus to hire the students of the economics (Hons.) course were quite limited. You will find companies that pay more for the same roles visiting other colleges. B.Com (Hons.) course has more options and is much preferred during placement drives.

Review about Maitreyi College.

Placements: The majority of students pursued masters in various fields. Some were successfully selected in job categories like banking portfolios. There are few students in the college, who had gone abroad to study. No student got placed through the placement cell of Maitreyi College. Most of them planned to take a job after the masters.

I'm satisfied with the college, but there are no placements for arts students.

Placements: There were no placements for political science batch, but the college provided placements for other courses. Many students got placed, and mostly MNCs visited the campus for placements. Many students also got internships from college. There is a placement cell, and it's very useful.

Review of Maitreyi College.

Placements: I didn't get any placements neither I was interested as the option offered were not related to my field. From our batch, I didn't find anyone got a good placement. Companies visit our campus for other courses. There was a placement cell.

Good infrastructure, canteen, ambience and faculty, but the furniture and connectivity are bad.

Placements: Most of the students in science courses don't wish to go for jobs right after completing their graduation as they are not paid a good amount for this qualification. They look forward to pursuing masters to get a good profile job. It was the same in our case. We have a placement cell in our college which notifies you about all the companies that'd be coming for placements, but hardly, anyone registers for placements in our stream.

The college has a good reputation and fine faculty members.

Placements: There were no placements for our course in college. There was no placement cell here either. There were no placements in the college for B.sc, but there were fine placement opportunities for commerce stream. The average salary package offered for students of commerce was around 3 LPA. The college didn't provide any internships.

The infrastructure of the college is decent, but placements are poor.

Placements: Placements in the college are awfully bad, even for economics honours students. For B.Com (Hons.) students, companies like EY visit the college for recruitment and offer roles related to auditing. But they hardly hire 3-4 students out of 80 students. So, placements are something where the college is lacking.

A great college with good crowd.

Placements: The college doesn't provide placements at all. Students can just acquire knowledge and develop their skills. If you want to get placed on campus, I suggest you not to join the college, it is recommendable if you want only a degree. You can clear competitive exams to get placed on their own.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the overall college environment.

Placements: This college does not provide very good placements to its students, and very few students got placed with a package of 2 LPA in the previous session. The highest salary package offered was 4 LPA. The college does not provide any internship opportunities, and very few companies come here to offer placements. The companies offer roles in smaller outlets. There is a placement cell in the college, and students are asked to register, but it's of no use because they don't even provide assistance forge...

The college has really good infrastructure and faculty.

Placements: The placement cell of our college is very bad. You can't rely on the placement cell to provide you with a job. You should rather choose other colleges which are way better in providing jobs. Most of the companies visit for courses like B.Com (Hons), so you don't feel that superior to the other branches even while pursuing a great course like economics honours. Commerce and English department have good placements though.

Maitreyi College is good to have a new experience.

Placements: Placements of Maitreyi College are quite satisfactory. All companies like the big fives and even less renowned companies come for selecting the students for internships. Jobs with good salary packages were offered to students. It is a good way of learning and experiencing work in the corporate environment.

Review of Maitreyi College.

Placements: Several companies visit the college to offer placements. Majority of the placements were provided for science students in companies like Deloitte, offering good packages to B.Sc students. For the commerce students, the placements are average, and a few companies visited the college to recruit them. The best package was offered by E&Y, which was 3.3 LPA.

As it is a woman college, we are denied the right to vote in the university election.

Placements: There is a placement cell in our college, which is helpful to invite MNCs for job interviews and internships during the course tenure. Even many MNCs like KPMG, Orian, etc., used to visit our college for placements. We are eligible for Delhi University placements also.
