Placements: The placement companies offered a good salary. Many big companies came to the college, and the students were offered a job as per skills. Many students got an internship that too on a good stipend. The placement cell did an amazing job and helped every student.
Placements: There were good placements for students in the college. Many companies visited for the placements, and I had a good experience with the companies. Almost 10-11 students get placed every year from every course. Placement experience was significant for self-confidence and self-improvement of a person. The group discussion part of placement was very interesting because students can share their point of view, and they had the power to make someone in favour of right things by explaining their positi...
Placements: The placements were nice and were offering the highest salary. Good companies came to the college. Students were offered the roles according to their skills. Many people got an internship from the college. Good amounts of stipend are offered to students, and there is a placement cell, and it is very efficient.
Placements: The placements planned is also very nice, but I hope a bit of placement is there for sciences students too. Otherwise, the placements are vast for commerce sides. The good salary packages are offered to them, which are very much impressive. There is a great journey and hope well for other too.
Placements: This is a DU college and it offers a lot of big placement opportunities to the students. If you are career oriented then must visit in this college. There a lot of reputed companies visit and recruit students. They are got prepared for interview with the help of teachers guidance. Minimum salary offered 2.5 Lacs p. a and maximum depending upon your performance. You get internship options also from the companies visited and stipend offer also.
Placements: There were not many opportunities for students of my course, but for the students of economics (honours) and B.Com (honours), they were pretty good. College placement cell has a facebook page, where they post about various internships for all the courses.
Placements: Placements are too good in our college. Many reputed companies visit the college for placements including genpact, British Telecom etc. Our college has a placement cell that works to invite best companies in the campus for recruitment so as to prove themselves.
Placements: The placements were good but not for maths at least till I passed out. There was hardly a company looking for maths graduates. English and commerce related subjects say B.Com, still, were among the lucky ones. Even my seniors did not get any good chance in placements. However, I got my first job from college placements, but it was independent of my subject but more dependent on my different tasks I completed in my college life.
Placements: The science students usually don't get the placement benefits in the college. However, the students have to depend on other sources for internships and placements. The people tend to search and apply on intern shall for the placements. The companies are not even invited inside the college premises, and this is the main drawback faced by the third-year students.
Placements: Placement programs were decent and the packages offered were quite low. Altogether, a very few of the students really got the opportunity here. Basic companies like the Genpact, Eny, KPMG came to the college. Other companies like PWC or Delloite or even Evalueserve gave the campus placements a miss.
Placements: The placement cell of our college works really hard to get great companies on board. Our students get placed by the big four and a lot of other companies. Nearly 20 students were hired by E&Y. We also have startups and other companies approaching us. The salaries offered vary from 15000 to 80000 p.m.
Placements: The placements are not as good as I expected it to be because, moslty, the big 4 companies always want to visit a better college than Maitreyi. Some companies do come like Genpact, Urbanclap American Express, etc. People get lot more opportunities for the internships as the placement cell works very hard to get all the companies and internships they can. They are also planning to organise an internship fair.
Placements: A lot of companies like Earnest and Young, Genpact, Urban Club, and Declathon have visited our campus to conduct placement drives. Many students were recruited. Even I have attended 2 drives on the campus, and I got selected for banking and insurance in Genpact. But, I didn't take the offer as the package offered was very low.
Placements: The placements provided were not that good, and most of the students were also not interested in taking the jobs because they wanted to go for the masters. So in a nutshell, the placements are not at all good in our college. Big fours don't want to come to our college except for EY and NIIT. Sometimes, the teachers also don't cooperate for the placements which is why the placements are not good. Only companies with a very less package come to our college, so even the students also don't want to ...
Placements: Two of the main companies coming for the job were EY for their GDS department and UrbanClap. EY selected 4 out of the 40 students who appeared for the selection process. They offered a salary of around Rs. 30,000 per month. It was more of clerical work in GDS department.
Placements: There are very limited placement opportunities at Maitreyi College for the commerce and science students, and most of them did internships rather than placements. Mostly focus on commerce and economics graduates only. I am not aware of the placements.
Placements: Many companies have been visiting our college. Some of them are E and Y, NIIT, etc. The average salary offered was near about Rs. 3,00,000. About 10% students have got internships through these companies. Jobs offered were that of accountant and assistant accountant.
Placements: The college offers impressive placements with average packages going around 3 lakhs which is good after graduation. After BA, you can get selected in a good BPO to gain experience. The placement cell is active and even offers internship opportunities. A number of students get selected as interns in their summer break from the college itself.
Placements: The campus placements are not that great. The college has its own placement cell but it is not that active. Internships offered are restricted to some students as information is not spread well. Companies like Zomato, EnY, Accenture come college for campus recruitment. About 30%-40% of the students got placed and other students are placed through the central placement of DU. Packages offered are on an average 2-3 lacs per annum. In my course, only about 20% students got placed through the campus...
Placements: As it is under the University of Delhi, we have a separate placement cell for the whole university. Different companies come and the profiles they offer are good. The average package goes up to 5-6lacs which I think is very good according to the just BSc degree.
