Best for Science departments among DU colleges .

Placements: The college organises a placement fair yearly for students in which many top companies come for recruitment and provide roles for students that may vary from their interests to their knowledge. The placement cell of our college is very well known and there is a good package offered by the companies and sometimes maybe average as well.

Best place for knowledge seekers.

Placements: To face the truth, you won't be able to use your knowledge for placements. It's rather for arts and programme courses. The opportunities you would get won't utilise your potential as a Chemist. The college does organise the trade fair but again, no chemistry skills needed to grab an internship there.

Maitreyi is famous for its garden.

Placements: There is no such placements provided by the college. But one can get internships through internship cell of the college. Also, college organize placement fairs but it is quite not helpful for Science students as most of the companies require students from commerce background.

Placements: Placements for our batch were good and also for seniors. Nearly 80-90% of the students were placed. The lowest salary offered was Rs. 30,000 per month. The highest salary offered was Rs. 45,000 per month. Companies like EY, Godrej, Happy Happy, etc., visited the campus for placements. Internships are also good, as many students got an average stipend during internships. There is a placement cell, and it is very much useful.
