A:
{Source: After 10th Diploma students & alumni}

Effectiveness of Placement Cell for Diploma Courses after 10th

Based on student reviews and testimonials, here's what we found out:

* Placement Cell: Unfortunately, the placement cell is not considered to be effective according to some students.
* Campus Placements: Students mentioned that they had to pay money for campus placements, which may indicate that the college doesn't offer placements for free.
* Labour Jobs: Some students reported being placed in labour jobs, which might suggest that the placement cell focuses more on providing entry-level positions rather than highly skilled ones.
* Limited Opportunities: It seems that the placement cell doesn't offer many opportunities for students, leading to frustration among students who didn't get placed.
* Lack of Support: One student criticized the TPO (Training and Placement Officer) for being unhelpful, indicating that the placement cell lacks adequate support for students.

Overall, while the college provides good facilities and infrastructure, its placement cell appears to need improvement to better serve its Diploma students.
