MRCET- campus placements .
Placements: 90 percent of students from every course are placed in very good MNC companies. The highest package is 6 LPA, the lowest package is 3 LPA, and the average package is 4.5 LPA in my course. The top recruiting companies in my course are Amazon, Cognizant, etc. Internships are not provided by our college. Core companies related to electronics and communication will not be hiring from our college, but IT companies will be hiring from all the branches.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is not so good in our college. All the classrooms are facilitated with digital boards. The library is filled with a lot of books and is always up-to-date. The hostels are not so bad. The quality of food is better. Medical facilities are always good.
Faculty: The teachers are always helpful, and they are very well-qualified and very knowledgeable. The quality of teaching is very good. The course curriculum is relevant. It is also industry-related. The semester exams are tough in this college. The pass percentage is 60.
Other: I chose this course because I like electronics, and I love to do all experiments. This course is completely related to electronics and communication, which is a daily life need. This must be industry-related, and there must be industrial visits so that everyone can learn more. There will be only a technical fest in this college.

My college campus and the review of my college are poor.
Placements: In college, just 30 percent of people are placed in some companies, and the other students are not placed in any jobs through the college placements. My batch, which will graduate in 2026, has not gotten any placement or offer letters from any company.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not too good, but just okay to see. The college and hostel are also not good compared to local hostels. There is no proper ground for playing any games, and there are insufficient teachers. The hostel is not good.
Faculty: In my college, the faculty is not good. The faculty is not helpful; they just come, explain, and go home. There is no proper teaching from any teacher, and the faculty always gets serious with students and sometimes gets angry with anyone in my college.
Other: The college crowd is good, nearly too heavy. But my campus life is good compared to other colleges because my friends always supported me to write any competitive exams, and I have learned a lot of things in my college.

It's good to join, and we get good placements in several companies.
Placements: Our college will allow students who have a CGPA of 8.0 and above to participate in the placement drive and no backlogs till the date of placements. Our college will provide an average package of 3-4 lakhs per annum. Our top recruiting companies include Cognizant and Infosys.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are good, but coming to the labs, I'm not much interested because there are no proper systems and no proper Wi-Fi. But we have resources like a library. Our college hostel food is good when students join, up to the first month, but after a month later, it's not much interesting.
Faculty: Many teachers are helpful, and some of the faculty are not much qualified and knowledgeable, and the quality of teaching is somewhat bad. The course curriculum is not relevant, and they are teaching already outdated technologies, while many colleges are teaching new technologies. We didn't have good lab classes.
Other: I joined Computer Science and Technology because I am very much enthusiastic about coding and computers, and many people are also showing interest in it. And many are getting good packages in it. Many colleges are not teaching new upcoming technologies. We also have a technical fest every January after Pongal.

Good at college and average in placements.
Placements: 40% of students of B.A. 3.5 to 5 Lacs Pregnant edge and pai electronics. 20% of students got internships in Marketing and also were grouped in HR, Finance sector, and Business Analytics. Real-time experience in the first and second semesters is split in different ways after the 2nd semester.
Infrastructure: We got good infrastructure. Labs and systems were less. Food was average. Medical facilities were average. Good at transportation, but bad government transportation. Also having a gym, sports track, no trainers at college, and an auditorium and sports club.
Faculty: The teachers were helpful and knowledgeable. Teaching is good. Not very difficult and 40% pass. No cheating in exams, and very strict. Somewhat bad canteen. Monthly, one event is organized by students, and sponsors catch the opportunity to showcase products.
Other: Business Analytics has a good scope in the future. Real-time experience and events are good at college.

Good College in terms of infrastructure and placements.
Placements: I am a student of the 2026 passing-out batch from the Data Science course. Our college is the best for infrastructure and placements. In our college, around 60 percent of students get placed in good companies. In our college, the highest package received is 22 LPA in our department. The average package in our college is 4 LPA. The top recruiting companies in our college are Wipro, Accenture, Tech Mahindra, Deloitte, TCS, Accenture, Cognizant, and GlobalLogic. Some of the companies offer internships during placements. The roles offered in our course are Data Analyst, Data Scientist, and Developer roles.
Infrastructure: Our college is the best in terms of infrastructure, with facilities like good classrooms, Wi-Fi facilities, a big library, and labs for every department in the college. In our college, there are separate blocks for each department. The college provides hostel facilities for boys and girls. The quality of food in the canteen and hostel mess is excellent. The college provides free medical facilities at any time. The college has all modes of transportation. The college has good sports grounds for every game.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful in academics, and they are highly qualified in their subjects. Our teachers are knowledgeable, and the course is curriculum-relevant and makes the students industry-ready. Teachers in our college mostly stick to the textbooks, and the teaching quality is average. The course curriculum is fast, and we have to study on our own to secure a good job. The semester exams in our college are not difficult, and one can pass easily by studying before the exams. Our college has nearly a 90% pass percentage in academics.

A pretty normal and decent college with limited facilities.
Placements: Coming to placements, our college is quite reliable; almost 70 percent of the students get placed when they maintain a CGPA of 8.5 or higher. The highest package on our campus is 24 LPA, and the minimum package is around 3.5 LPA. Overall, the placement opportunities are good.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for our course and hostel is quite good, with minimum facilities provided, such as a library and a sports room, along with separate laboratories equipped with computers. However, the hostel and food quality is not great compared to my expectations.
Faculty: Regarding faculty and curriculum, some faculty members are really good and treat us like their own siblings, helping us with exams and providing great explanations. However, some faculty members are not that great, lacking respect and using bad language, with explanations that are worse than what you would find in 10th grade.
Other: My suggestion is to pursue an MBA at our college rather than B.Tech, as MBA offers many more facilities and better opportunities.
