Satisfied with good placements, infrastructure, faculty.
Placements: Campus placements were moderate. Companies like Cognizant and Genpact recruited students, as did a few startups and a few non-IT companies. A few companies offered internships. The highest salary package was 12 lakhs per annum. Around 75% of the students were placed.
Infrastructure: MREC has a modern infrastructure with 100% ICT-enabled classrooms and labs, 24/7 WiFi, and a central library with over 77,000 volumes. The college also has two auditoriums, a Knowledge Resource Centre, and 18 digital touch screens. The college has separate hostels for boys and girls, which are located on campus. The hostels are modern, hygienic, and eco-friendly and have a library, computers with internet, a gym, and yoga facilities. The food in the hostel is average, but the wardens are polite and kind.
Faculty: The curriculum at MREC prepares students for the real world by including all the programming languages that are useful for our future and for advanced topics. However, the curriculum could be improved at the intermediate level, as it looks like an old school syllabus. Exams are held every six months, with two midterms per semester.
Other: I found that the social aspect of college life was lacking. I was so busy with classes and studying that I didn't have time for sports or extracurricular activities. If you're interested in those things, you'll have to make an effort to fit them into your schedule. Also, the campus is very strict, and security is always watching you. You need permission to leave campus, and you can't leave the campus at all without permission.

We can say that infrastructure is very good.
Placements: There are so many students who got placed depending on their skills. Over 40% of students are placed and the highest salary package offered in our course is 25 LPA. The average salary package offered is 8 LPA. Our course is AIML which means Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure of our college are good. We have a good library, digital library, and neat and clean classrooms. Good lab materials are available. Hostel is fully hygienic and food is good. Sports and all facilities are available. Thank you.
Faculty: We have helpful and well-qualified teachers. We are grateful to have such faculty members and the quality of teaching is also very good. Course curriculum is relevant, it encourages students who are interested in such activities. It makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are different. Thank you.
Other: I chose this course because I am interested in machines, IT, robotics, and AI, so I chose AIML course. Thank you.

Review of Malla Reddy Engineering College.
Placements: Almost 30% of the students were placed. The highest package is 46 LPA, the average is 6 LPA, and the lowest is 2 LPA. Only 10% of students got internships. The leading courses are artificial intelligence, data science, and computer sciences. Bad placements and bad college. The college collects more fees from students.
Infrastructure: There is better Wi-Fi and good lab facilities, but classrooms are not better. The library is also very good for students studying. The hostel food is good for some days but after that, it is more ugly and consists of some insects. Very bad faculty in a bad college.
Faculty: The first-year faculty were somewhat better, but the second, third, and fourth-year faculty were so bad. We can't understand the classes properly; they even didn't know the subject. The semester exams are not only difficult but also not easy. Teachers do not explain properly at all.
Other: Cybersecurity will be an efficient course in the future, which will help secure data from unauthorized people.

"Great Placements, Good Infrastructure, and Supportive Faculty.
Placements: The highest salary package offered was 18 LPA, by a multinational company like Amazon. The lowest salary package offered was 3.5 LPA, by startups and mid-size companies. The average salary package was 5.5 LPA. Top recruiters included Amazon, Infosys, TCS, Cognizant, Wipro, Deloitte, Capgemini, and Accenture. Around 60% of students secured internships during their course. Notable companies offering internships included TCS, Deloitte, Microsoft, and local startups in the Hyderabad region. The most common roles offered included Software Developer, Data Analyst, Cloud Engineer, Associate Consultant, and IT Support Engineer.
Infrastructure: The college has good facilities and infrastructure. The department has Wi-Fi-enabled labs, smart classrooms, and access to a central library with books, journals, and e-resources. The hostel has clean rooms, 24/7 security, and common areas. The mess and canteen offer hygienic food with diverse options. There are also courts for cricket, basketball, etc.
Faculty: The faculty at this college are qualified and knowledgeable, and they provide good support to the students. They often blend theory with practical insights. The curriculum is updated and industry-relevant, and it focuses on skills like coding, analytics, and problem-solving. The exams are moderately difficult, and the pass percentage is typically between 85% and 90%.
Other: I chose this course because I'm passionate about coding and teaching. The best things about this course are the industry-focused syllabus, the labs, and the placements. I think the course could be improved by adding an advanced teaching focus and improving the labs. The college hosts teaching fests like TechnoSpark and cultural fests like Synergy. The campus has a vibrant crowd, good connectivity, and active extracurriculars.

I’m glad to experience this campus and I suggest many more join this college.
Placements: Almost 90% of students are getting placements. It's the mid-range of 7-9 LPA, getting more options for a better future and getting good packages as skilled. The highest package of the season is about 20 LPA. MREC is a well-known college, and it is the first campus of all the Malla Reddy colleges.
Infrastructure: Great infrastructure and beautiful architecture. All sports and games are available, having better facilities. Good equipment for all the labs and sports. Food in the canteen is great. You’ll not regret joining this college. Great to be part of the college.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and good knowledgeable. Their teaching skills are very well. The faculty is very experienced and friendly with the students, supporting the students in every aspect. Exams are difficult, but the faculty made it look easy. Glad to have good faculty like this.

I am disappointed with the faculty, lab infrastructure, and library. I am okay with placements.
Placements: Around 75% of students got their placement in college. The highest salary package offered was 18.5 LPA, the average salary package offered was 4.5 LPA. And the lowest salary package offered was 2.4 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are Ctrl+S, Modi Builders, Aparna, and Ashoka Builders, and software roles in Infosys, TCS, and Capgemini. The top role we can expect is a Quantity Surveyor in control datacenter.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi in our college is bad. Labs are not properly equipped. Both fluid mechanics and construction material labs have functioning equipment. Classrooms are average with good ventilation. Library is also average. We won't find every book for the course. Hostel is below average, and mess food is not good. Play area is spacious for sports and games. Rooms are adequate. Air-conditioner is also provided.
Faculty: Teachers are transcript readers and don't have a proper grip on the subject. They are never able to conceptualize topics. They just translate content into students' mother tongue and pass time in class. The course is good, but the curriculum was designed long ago and no longer meets industry requirements. Exams are set at low standards since it is autonomous. Pass percentage is high, always around 70%-75%.
Other: I chose civil engineering to pursue a career in government jobs. It is a course that always offers opportunities and requires students to be industry-ready, which I think the college lacks. A better approach would be for the college to revise the curriculum according to industry requirements. Events are organised frequently, but they always charge a high entry fee.
