Candidate must have scored minimum mentioned marks in the subjects specified (PCM) taken together at 10+2 pattern. (40% marks for candidates belongs reserved Category in the subjects specified (PCM) taken together at 10+2 pattern). Appearing candidates for the final year of Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with same above subjects, are also eligible.

It is a good college with better opportunities and infrastructure.
Placements: I am a student of Cyber Security, batch 2026. Our college is the best in terms of placements. Almost 80% of students get placed in good companies. The highest salary package offered was 30 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 5 LPA. Companies that visit our college include Wipro, Accenture, Deloitte, Cognizant, TCS, and Tech Mahindra. Some students are also offered internships.
Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure offers Wi-Fi facilities, well-equipped labs for every department, and spacious classrooms. Library is large and stocked with a variety of books. Quality of food in the hostel mess and canteen is excellent. College provides excellent facilities and infrastructure, including free medical services. There are sports grounds for every game available on campus.
Faculty: In our college, faculty members are helpful and highly qualified in their fields. They assist with academics and are knowledgeable in their subjects. Our course curriculum is relevant and prepares students to be industry-ready. Semester exams in our college are not difficult, and everyone passes by studying before the exams. Our college has a pass percentage of 90%.

Placements: The placement record for Malla Reddy Engineering College is very good. Nearly 80% of students get placed in campus placements. The highest package offered is 30 lacs per annum, and the average package is 7 lacs per annum. Top recruiting companies are TCS, UST Global, Infosys, Accenture, Wipro, and Tech Mahindra.
Infrastructure: The campus is Wi-Fi enabled and has a neat infrastructure. There are separate blocks for every branch, and the labs are well-equipped. The hostels provide hot water 24/7 and serve home-cooked food. Hostel students are encouraged to participate in sports and games.

Review of Malla Reddy Engineering College.
Placements: Almost 30% of the students were placed. The highest package is 46 LPA, the average is 6 LPA, and the lowest is 2 LPA. Only 10% of students got internships. The leading courses are artificial intelligence, data science, and computer sciences. Bad placements and bad college. The college collects more fees from students.
Infrastructure: There is better Wi-Fi and good lab facilities, but classrooms are not better. The library is also very good for students studying. The hostel food is good for some days but after that, it is more ugly and consists of some insects. Very bad faculty in a bad college.
Faculty: The first-year faculty were somewhat better, but the second, third, and fourth-year faculty were so bad. We can't understand the classes properly; they even didn't know the subject. The semester exams are not only difficult but also not easy. Teachers do not explain properly at all.
Other: Cybersecurity will be an efficient course in the future, which will help secure data from unauthorized people.

I'm satisfied with this college.
Placements: More than 80% of the students were placed in this course. The highest package is 8 LPA. The lowest package is 3.5 LPA. Many companies will hire the students from this college, like TCS Accenture Virtuasa Capgemini, etc. Many students got internships. This college provides good placements.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure of this college are good. This college has a good and peaceful environment. Here we have digital classrooms, smart boards, projectors to give seminars, labs, and libraries. Everything is available. The hostel facility is available for both girls and boys separately. Here, it has different blocks for different departments. Hostelers have sports and study hours regularly.
Faculty: Teachers were very helpful, and they have good knowledge regarding the subject. The teaching quality is also good. The qualification is Ph.D. They help us and encourage us to learn new things. We have trainers to teach CRT classes. Semester exams are not so difficult. pass percentage is 75%. .

Before going to MREC, must read this review.
Placements: 1. In our college for this academic year, the placements are not up to the mark, i.e., 2023-2024; only 60% of students in our college are placed.
2. TCS, Teach Mahindra, Cognizant, Autocracy Machinery, Vivo, Prudent are the top recruiters in our college.
3. Till now, the highest was 24 LPA, the lowest was 2 LPA, and the average is 5 LPA.
4. 30% of students got internships, and companies are Skilltimate, Autocracy Machinery.
Infrastructure: MREC was established in 2002; that's why the buildings are old, and in our campus, we don't have a sufficient number of blocks for students. Labs are good with faster Wi-Fi, the library has a sufficient number of books to study. Hostel is quite decent, and I stayed my first year in campus hostel; food is good, but rooms should be better. MREC encourages sports and games very well. The canteen is quite big, and the food is of good quality with hygiene. If any medical emergencies within the campus, there are no medical facilities; they will shift to Mallareddy Hospital.
Faculty: 1. Teachers are helpful, but most of them are not well-qualified; very few of our faculty have completed their Ph.D.
2. Semester exams are conducted with very strict rules; sometimes, the paper will get easy, and sometimes it will be tougher. The pass percentage is very decent; it will be 75% to 80%.
Other: 1. I was really interested in computer science; then, in that, I chose cybersecurity.
2. If they include some more subjects about cybersecurity, it will be useful, what I thought.
3. In MREC, every month they will conduct technical fests.
4. If you come through TS Emcet, you will get full fee reimbursement only if you are 10,000 below rank, SC, ST community, and if you completed 12th in government institutions; otherwise, only 35k.
