Tech-focused learning and community engagement at MLV Textile and Engineering College.
Placements: Around 80% of Computer Science students in our batch were placed, with packages ranging from 3 LPA to 12 LPA and an average of 6 LPA. Top recruiters included TCS, Infosys, and Wipro, offering roles in software development and engineering. Approximately 40% secured internships with companies like Infosys, HCL, and Cognizant.
Infrastructure: The college provides a solid infrastructure with high-speed Wi-Fi, equipped labs, modern classrooms, and a resourceful library. Hostel facilities are comfortable, though mess food quality could improve. The campus includes medical facilities and sports grounds for various activities, supporting a healthy, active lifestyle.
Faculty: Our faculty is knowledgeable, helpful, and focused on industry readiness. The Computer Science curriculum is relevant, covering key concepts like programming, data structures, and algorithms. Exams are fairly challenging but manageable, with a high pass percentage and good support from teachers.
Other: The program offers good value for money with reasonable feels and a solid placement outcome. Scholarships are available for eligible students, and the placement record adds to the course appeal.

Dissatisfied with the college faculty, rules, and placements .
Placements: 30 students are placed in the course. There are no packages for IT/CS students. 30 to 40 percent of students get internships. Only the college is very bad for IT students. Otherwise, it is good for the textile students. So, if you want to go into the technical department, a big no for this college .
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very low, and there is a room that has a circuit board, and when I turn it on, it gets spark and like this.
Faculty: Not any teachers are helpful. From 50 teachers, there is only 1 teacher who will be helpful. The teachers there think that we students cannot do any big thing like the other teachers. The teachers don't pay attention towards the students. Only textile students get better.
Other: No fest, not any other activities, only freshers’ and gatey functions .

Absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty.
Placements: Placements are average, only 100% placements in textile field but in last two year lT department has also good placement. In year 2022 there was one girl get 11 LPA placements in IT in skillmine company which has the highest and average placements has been 5 LPA.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure are not so good there is not an separate department of CS IT and ECE and classrooms are also not good. Wi-Fi facility was good but not available on whole campus and library was not so good it should not updated and books are very outdated and digital library facility are not given.
Faculty: Teachers are average, they have not so many teachers and because of this they can hire guest faculty members which was average and not so good but some teachers are good and they have good knowledge. This college also has TEQIP faculty members which was so good and they are from IITs and NITs. It is hard to pass in semester exams because teachers are not cover syllabus on time and gets lots of pressure on students and they are not supportive and marks giving due to this only few students are eligible to pass their semester exams.
Other: I chose this college because in this college we have more time for preparation of competitive exams and I opted CS branch because in this branch I have not the need to go regular for practical knowledge and I can grab it from my home also. Campus life are not so good but internet facility was so good.

Overall, the college is good, with good campus and faculty members.
Placements: I'm a student at MLV Textile and Engineering College. I'm currently studying in the 4th year; from the last passout batch, the highest package was around 17 LPA. The top role offered is junior software developer. Approximately 15-20% got selected in internships from the college side.
Infrastructure: There is a library with all the books in related fields. There is wi-fi on campus too. There are many classrooms and CC labs too. Hostel infrastructure is also good with Wi-Fi facilities, badminton court, basketball ground, and canteen. Hostel is also good.
Faculty: All the teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable. They are always ready to help the students out. The environment on the campus is also good. This course makes the students industry-ready as we learn all the basics required for the companies. The difficult level of the exams is moderate, and the passing percentage is 33%.
Other: A TEAM scholarship is provided by the alumni of the college, which is very beneficial to the students who are unable to submit the college fees. It is provided to the financially weak meritorious students.
