The college was amazing and had a good diversity of students. The platform provided was good and had ample development opportunities. The infrastructure is very good with a good set of labs. The fees are on the higher side but the exposure is good. especially the extracurricular activities. There are a lot of technical and non-technical clubs which give you a lot of opportunities for networking and expanding your knowledge base. Most of the students are motivated for higher studies and hence it...

This is a campus with ample opportunities for students to excel in whatever field they want to. It teaches us the way of living. Faculty over here isn't very good like most of the other colleges of India. The college has good infrastructure, good food, and good hostel facilities. Only bad thing about the campus is that its fees is high compared to other campuses.

It is an excellent college. It has an excellent campus life, with a relative grading system and this will be hectic for some. 75% of attendance is compulsory for every semester. There are 2 internal tests and semester exam. A/C study hall in the library is superb.

The college has excellent campus facilities, but it's over-priced and the fees are too high. Climate conditions are good, and there are many close by places to visit during holidays. Goa is just 3 hours away! If you are a hard worker, then this place is not for you. You need to be smart in whatever you do. Crowd mainly consists of North Indians. The place is free of ragging as far as I know in my four years of college life. Overall, a good place to study.

Life at Manipal is exciting. One thing is that it is a ragging free campus and there is no big difference b/w seniors and juniors. All of them live their lives in peace and the weather here is awesome too. The university town and the atmosphere of the town also help students grow in all dimensions. So, if you don't get into IITs, MIT, Manipal is the best option. The great list of its successful college alumni like Satya Nadella (Microsoft), Rajeev Suri (Nokia),Vikas Khanna and many more tells...

I had the best time of my life. I couldn't have asked for a better college to study. MIT, Manipal happens to be the Alma mater of prestigious names like Satya Nadella and Rajeev Suri. Excellent facilities, a decent faculty, good motivation for learning, Great set of peers terrific atmosphere which not enables you to do better but develops your character for life. Although MIT has great stress for technical education and provides a variety of opportunists for talented and interested students,...

Having spent 3 solid years in this college, I can say that I've experienced one of the most unforgettable, adventurous, and academically-sound life that any Indian college could have provided me with. MIT holds a special place in my heart, and I'm just one of the tens of thousands of alumni that have tread the streets of Manipal never to forget them. With a very vibrant culture for fests and clubs, this college boasts well-rounded personalities. Encompassing technical clubs at the level of For...

This is a great college with a very good department of mechanical engineering. The workshop and lab facilities are adequate. The faculty could have been a little better as many of the people holding the rank of an assistant professor have not yet completed their Ph.Ds. The campus life and the crowd here is the highlight for this institute. The college could be considered a little expensive but I feel the cost is justified as they do not get grants from the government.

The faculty of the IT department is decent. The infrastructure of the college is good including hostels, libraries, mess, classes and labs. All classes are well equipped for every branch. The problem is the insensible rules and regulations. It is better if you stay outside the campus and not at the hostel for three reasons- 1. Hostels are extremely expensive. 2. You have to walk long distances every day, and many times a day to go to the college or the mess or to go anywhere for that matter....

This college has a good campus life with all facilities. Labs and workshops are equipped with all latest technologies, equipment, and experienced faculty. There are good and well maintained academic blocks and good hostel facilities. The food is much better than any other college campus. Holiday is a problem (rarely gives holidays). And yes, biology is compulsory subject for the first semester.

Placements: Placements here at MIT Manipal is okay for CSE related branches(avg for CSE and CCE was 16LPA and IT was 13LPA for the batch of 2023). Although stats were pretty promising till last year but due to recession and layoffs that too has been down this year. Placements in Core branches has never been great ever. Getting above 10 LPA in core branches would be considered a big deal. Most people in core branches like electrical, electronics and mechanical average around 7-8 LPA. Although scoring 8.5+ CG...

MAHE MIT- a short overview.

Placements: The placements at MIT are better than those at other colleges. The minimum eligibility criterion is a GPA of 6 to be eligible for placements. While placements for core branches aren't as strong as in some other colleges, for CS-CCE-IT, they are outstanding. Approximately 50–60 Fortune 500 companies visit each year, along with top MNCs actively seeking talented students.

Placements: The average package offered is around 7.8 LPA. The overall experience is quite good, but the mess food is not nice. Students suffer from food poisoning due to the mess food.
