    A:
    {Source: B.Com students & alumni}

Here's a summary of the pros and cons:

    Pros:

    * Good faculty with experience and knowledge in their fields
    * Relevant course curriculum preparing students for professional careers
    * Availability of various courses, including accounting
    * Opportunities for scholarships and extracurricular activities
    * Good infrastructure, including a library, playground, and sports facilities

    Cons:

    * Poor placement record, with only 2-3% of students getting placed
    * Low salary packages, ranging from INR10,000 to INR18,000 per month
    * Limited number of internships, mainly from local companies
    * Average teaching quality, with some professors being more helpful than others
    * Limited availability of resources, including outdated textbooks and unreliable Wi-Fi

Course Curriculum for B.Com at Marwari College

Here's how the course curriculum at Marwari College is structured for the Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) program:

    * Teaching Style: According to students, the teaching style of teachers is good as expected. They help students thoroughly and are well-qualified with great knowledge.
    * Relevance: The course curriculum is relevant, making students industry-ready. However, it may need improvement to make students more employable.
    * Exams: Semester exams are average in terms of difficulty, and questions are mostly asked from previous years' papers (around 4-5 years ago). With sufficient preparation, students can achieve a passing mark of at least 45%.
    * Accounting Focus: As mentioned by several students, the course focuses on accounting, which is beneficial for pursuing a career in finance or banking.

Overall, the course curriculum appears to be well-structured, with a focus on making students industry-ready. However, there may be room for improvement in terms of preparing students for top-tier jobs.

I would recommend this college for commerce students.
Placements: There are no placement opportunities, salary packages, or recruiting companies for students in this college. Our college does not offer any type of placement opportunities for students. Internships are provided for BBA students. There are no internships for commerce students.
Infrastructure: There are no facilities and infrastructure available for this course or department. There are no Wi-Fi, canteen, medical facilities, games, sports, and labs in this college. Only classrooms are available in our college. There are no library facilities in the B.Com department.
Faculty: Teachers in this college are very helpful, highly knowledgeable, and educated. They are qualified from this college itself. The course does not make students industry-ready. It is very easy to pass exams in this college. Semester exams are not very difficult but of moderate level. The passing percentage of students is 92-95%.
Other: I chose this course because I want to become a CA. The best thing about our course was my teacher. Our course should improve its placement and internship opportunities for students. There were no events, fests, the campus crowd, campus surroundings, scholarships, and extracurricular activities.

    Excellent scope in sports.
Placements: A total of 36-38 of students were placed in my course I. e more than 500 student. The highest package were 7 Lacs approximately and the lowest were 2.5 Lacs in my final year. Wipro took students from my college for internship. Roles of accountant are mostly offered in my course.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure were amazing. It has a big library, the Science labs, computer labs and big play ground. The hostel facility were very good for women specially. The foods okay. Medical facility were not actively available. My college was 10 on 10 when it comes to sports and games.
Faculty: Teachers were absolutely qualified and eager to help student out with any doubt. They are highly qualified and knowledgeable. The course is relevant and prepares students for professional career and industry. Semester exams are average in terms of difficulties.
Other: I chose this course for higher professional study of company secretary. Improvement is needed in procedure of exam form fulfilling as it is not an easy process of getting things done there. Campus surroundings were amazing and had a lot of extracurricular activities for participating in different cultural activities.

This is not the college I expected.
Placements: The placement opportunities at this college are very limited. However, if you're pursuing a bachelor's degree, placement may not be a major concern, as it’s widely understood that few companies hire solely based on an undergraduate degree. To secure a job, a professional degree and specific skills are usually necessary.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is also below average. While Wi-Fi access, labs, a canteen, a library, and classrooms are available, their condition is poor, as the facilities are outdated and lack recent renovations. Only the front gate was changed a month ago.
Faculty: The best aspect of this college is its faculty. The teachers are very helpful, qualified, knowledgeable, and many have substantial experience. They often assist students beyond college hours, even at night. The semester exams are very easy, and nearly every student passes; however, the exams are frequently delayed and not conducted on time.

Absolutely dissatisfied because there is no placement.
Placements: There is no placement in this college. In this course, 10k is the minimum and 12k is the maximum package offered. They were local companies for recruitment. Almost 4-5 percent students got internship in local companies. Top role was accounting offered in my course.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are big but not in a good condition. There are no high level facilities in the classrooms like ACs, etc. Wi-Fi is available but it does not work. A library is also available but you can't get all the books in your course. Books are there but they are not updated. The canteen has average food. The course fee is cheap.
Faculty: Teachers of B.Com honours are good. Some of them are experienced while some aren’t. Teaching quality is average. The level of semester exams is not difficult. Questions in the exams are asked from the previous years’, mostly from 4 to 5 years back. If you just read the guess paper then you can easily get the passing marks, minimum 45%.

Overall, it's a good college with experience and knowledgeable professors.
Placements: My passing year was 2019. My course was account honors. The biggest problem with this college is that there are hardly any companies that come to this college for internships. Students only get the degree.
Infrastructure: The college building is up to date. Classrooms are also good. Lighting facility is also good. Bench and desks are also in good condition. Wi-Fi connection is also available. Library also has up to date books. Study environment is good and students will love to study here.
Faculty: Professors in the college are experienced and knowledgeable. Whenever you have any query in any topic, they will try to end your query and will try to satisfy you. Professors here also guide the students about the things they should do to enhance their career.
Other: Nowadays, B.Com has a wide scope. Growing industrialization needs students with good knowledge in accounts and finance. There are many scholarship programmes conducted here like cultural programme, etc. You can participate and pass in them and get rewarded.

Must take admission in this college, teachers are very helpful and your courses will become easier .
Placements: There are no placement opportunities for students in this college. The college does not care about the students' future. You complete your course and take your degree home. The college doesn’t even provide internships or campus recruitment, and there is no effort made for the sake of its students.
Infrastructure: The college has several buildings, but the commerce department building is very dirty. There is dust and garbage all over the floor. It seems like the classrooms haven’t been cleaned since they were built. There are wrappers and trash scattered all over the classroom, and there is not even a dustbin in the class.
Faculty: The teachers in this college are very helpful, highly qualified, skilled, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is superb. However, in my opinion, it does not make students industry-ready. Two semesters are held every year, and as you know, a bachelor's degree is typically 3 to 4 years. In my batch, it was 3 years, but the rules have since changed to 4 years. The exams are not very difficult, and if you study for 2 hours daily, you can score good marks in the examinations.
Other: I am glad that I did my graduation from this college, and the best thing about my course was my super talented teachers. They were very helpful. However, I wish the college would arrange placement opportunities for students. That would be great.
