Fifty shades of MBM College.

Placements: There is only one placement cell which manages all the placement and training guidelines for the students. For 2018 batch, more than ten companies visited our campus, and pool campus drive was also there. The companies package was in the range of 3.2 LPA to 6.5 LPA.

Not a good pick, instead go for a private college.

Placements: Here, the placement for my branch (ECE) is very poor as no companies come here for them. You can go for the mining engineering. Otherwise, it is not a good college for the placements. The TPO cell is also not that good. In our college, the companies come, but they don't even consider taking students as we don't get much practical knowledge.

Good placements and facilities.

Placements: The placements are quite good here, and if you are good in your core subjects like thermodynamics strength of materials, the theory of machines fluid mechanics, machine design, heat mass transfer engineering, mechanics production and industrial engineering, and also aptitude. Then you'll get a placement definitely.

This average college not so good. The only benefit for students is that they have a lot of time.

Placements: The average package of this college is 3 to 5 lacs. The placement of mining engineering of this college is 100%. Adobe also hires students from this college. Vedanta hires students of mining engineering from this college. The minimum requirement for sitting in campus placement is 65% marks in academics and knowledge about computer languages.

If you are unable to get into IIT or top 20 NIT colleges, then you can approach this college.

Placements: The average package of the placements is about 4 lakhs per annum. 10-11 lakhs was the highest package this year in CSE/IT and 7-8 lakhs in mechanical. The lowest package was 1.8 lakhs per annum. About 150 students, out of 400 students, are placed(37.5%). The highest GATE rank of this year is AIR 22 in civil. The alumni network is very strong and supportive for internship and other programs. The package in mining is also good. 60-70% students get placed and the package offered is 6-7 lakhs per an...

Good infrastructure but underutilised.

Placements: The placement % was pretty low in 2015. Only IT and computer science students' placement % were above 60%. For core branches like mechanical, civil, electrical etc, the placement percentage was below 30%. The highest package offered was 12 lakhs by Adobe and the average package was 3.5 lakhs per annum.

Decent placements and superb knowledge among faculty members. A bit on the off, for infrastructure.

Placements: The percentage is a decent one when it comes to placements of the college. Around 40% students managed to be placed at various good companies like Adobe, Honda, Vedanta, HZL, Adani, Tata, Cairn India, TCS, Metacube, ACC Cement, Hafele, JK Cement, Horizon Infotech and many more companies. Mining, computer science and chemical students usually crack a good package of around Rs. 10-12 lacs PA making the average to reach around Rs. 4-5 lacs PA. The college has a great reputation being the oldest tec...

Faculty: excellent quality but less in number;Placements: good;Infrastructure: poor but improving.

Placements: In my senior batch of 2016, 14 students were placed in the core companies out of the 88 students of that batch. Other than the core companies, the students were also placed in various IT and data analyst companies like TCS, Analytics Quotient etc. The core companies that participated in the campus placement drive were Honda, National Bearing Company, Adani, Wonder Cement etc. The lowest salary offered was 3.5 lakhs by Wonder Cement and the package by rest of the core companies was in the slab of...

It is one of the oldest college of our country, even older than IIT-Roorkee. In older times, it is counted in most prestigious institutes of India. But presently, it is not in the same condition. Infrastructure can be good but due to less maintenance it is not up to the mark. There is lack of faculty in our college. There are some positive points too regarding this college. You can really give wings to your hobbies and interest here. Yes, you have enough time to do whatever you likes to do.

Satisfied with faculty but infrastructure is poor.

Placements: Most of the students are placed in Case Branch. The highest package was 32 Lacs, the lowest package was 7 Lacs and the average package was almost 7 Lacs per annum. And here, the major recruitment companies are Wipro, Intel and Google. Also, 23 students are selected for internships in Wipro.

Although I am satisfied with the faculty, college life is also very poor.

Placements: Around 60% of students were placed. The highest package is around Rs 18 lakh, and the lowest package is Rs 4 lakh. Airtel, Wonder Cement, Adani Group, L & T, Pie Infosolution, Sigma Infosolution, etc. are the top recruiting companies. Generally, electronic, some parts of electrical, and IT parts are covered in our course.

My personal opinion about this college is satisfactory. But all students should try better options.

Placements: Almost 60% of students were placed in this course during my time. The highest package is 12 LPA, the lowest package is 5 LPA and the average package is 7 LPA. The major recruiters are Care oil India, Vedanta, and many more. About 40% of students got internships in Vedanta company. The research fellowship is also available here.

I am averagely satisfied with the course.

Placements: Out of 120 students, I think only 10% of the students got placed from our course. The average salary package offered to them ranges from 4 LPA to 8 LPA. Basically, TCS offered a salary package of 4 LPA as it is a mass recruiter, while Vedanta offered a salary package of 8 LPA. None of the core branch-oriented companies visited here. Previously, HLS, Asian Paints and L&T visited here for placements. Students don't consider placements seriously here, and then they opt for further studies.

Placements: About 70% of the students get placements from college. Almost 65% of placements were provided in the 2016 batch. Our college is the oldest college in the country and 1st college in Rajasthan. Our alumni are much helpful and are working all over the country. In our batch, the highest salary package offered was 10 LPA by Adobe and Honeywell. The lowest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA by Nirma Company. The average salary package offered is 4.5 LPA.
