College of disasters.

Placements: I don't know about the percentage of placements, but yes, one student got a good package around 1 crore, but mostly students only get 3 to 5 lakhs per annum. They have some tie-ups with some big names like HCL, Groww, and Wipro, which can provide us a good opportunity.

Not satisfied with placements. Campus is good and faculty is cooperative.

Placements: The maximum package offered was 8 LPA, which was cracked by 1 student. The minimum was 2 LPA. 30% of students got placed. The total number of students was around 400. Top companies were Deloitte, TCS, TransUnion, Wipro, and Capgemini, and some small startups. Around 30% of students got internships. Software developer and associate are the top roles offered.

All about MIET before taking admission

Placements: Placements are average. Some students will get good packages, while some will get recruited by mass recruiters. After talking to various seniors, placements are average. There are not so many opportunities, but not so few opportunities either. The competition will be very high, as approximately 1200 students pass out each year, and every student wants a placement.

Worth taking admission in campus.

Placements: There are no such companies for which we are preparing. Most of the companies offer low packages as they are mass recruiters. Students have to suffer a lot to get their dream job, as the college academics are not helping on the placement grounds.

A guide to surviving MIET.

Placements: Placement opportunities are limited; its not in percent; its accountable on fingers. The average package is 3 lacs per annum. Most placements are service- or marketing-related. Internships are available and can be self-obtainable. Overall, depend on yourself.

Facts one should be aware of, before taking admission in MIET.

Placements: So talking about the placements, the placement record of MIET is very pathetic. Recently there was a placement drive in the campus and the number of placements were merely around 50 students, literally 50 and I was shocked to know this. And the highest role offered was of Data Analyst.

Good faculty members and average opportunities. Below average campus life.

Placements: About 60 to 70 percent students were placed in my college and the highest package was somewhere between INR 12 -14 LPA. The average package is of INR 3 -4 LPA. TCS and Cognizant were the top recruiters. Nearly every student who got internship got the job in the same company. Most of the students got placed as data analyst.

The college is average because of faculty and facilities available in the college.

Placements: About 60% students get placed in different companies and the average package is 6lakh/annum. The highest package is about 18lakh/annum and the lowest package is 4lakh/annum. Dissatisfied with the placements and behaviour of faculties.

Placements: Students are being provided those internships and jobs which they can get on their own. Mostly insurance selling companies come here for providing you with placements and internships which afterward force you for selling their insurance. If you fail to do, they will not provide you with the certificate.

Faculty members, infrastructure, and placements are also good in our college.

Placements: About 75-80% of students get placements in companies. The highest salary package offered is 44 LPA while the minimum salary package offered is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, and Infosys. They are mass recruiters so majority of students get placed in it. No student gets an internship from the college. They have to apply on their own for that. But, they made ids on several platforms like LinkedIn, and Internshala so that students will be at ease to get internships if they need the...

Placements: Many companies visit our college for placements. Most of the computer science students get placed with an average salary package that ranges from 3-4 LPA. But for other branches, few companies visit our college and hire few students.

Placements: I am currently studying my first year and really have no idea about placements, but on average, everybody gets placed with an average package of 3.5 LPA. The mass recruiters are TCS and Wipro. The highest package is around 5-6 LPA. It depends on your skills and knowledge.

Faculty members are amazing, but placements could be better.

Placements: Mostly, students of the B.Tech CSE branch got placed, but placements of the core branch are not that good. The average salary package offered is nearly 1.5 LPA. TCS takes mass recruitments, but after 1-2 months, they terminate students in bulk. Placements are average.
