The GATE 2025 registration process with late fee is closed now for admission to the MTech course. The GATE 2025 exam will be conducted on Feb 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2025.
Here are some additional updates regarding the Meri College of Engineering and Technology - MERI CET:
- JEE Main 2025 Session 1 registration has closed for admission to BTech, BArch, and BPlan courses. The JEE Main 2025 Session 1 exam is scheduled to be held from Jan 22 to Jan 31, 2025.
- The HSTES counselling 2025 registration window for admission to the BE/BTech courses will be opened tentatively in May 2025.

Good facilities and value for money.
Placements: There are 60% of students who got placed. The average package is 3 LPA and the highest is 6 LPA. TCS and Ogrid are the top companies. About 90% of students got internships. The top roles offered by our college are in marketing and sales. Overall, placements are offered, but clearing and grabbing the opportunities is all on the students.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available on every floor, and classrooms are very clean, with AC in every classroom. Labs are for computer subjects, and there are three days of lab classes. The hostel is on the 7th floor, and all facilities are provided to the students, with some rules in place to maintain discipline.
Faculty: No doubt the teachers are qualified and knowledgeable, but they do not give much attention to students; their main motive is to cover the syllabus. Yes, the course is relevant because we can build a career in marketing, sales, and HR. The semesters are a little difficult, and the passing percentage is 40%.

Absolutely satisfied, overall good placement and infrastructure.
Placements: In our college, average placement was about 60% for students. The highest packages are offered at INR 14 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Wipro, TCS, and Infosys visit our campus.
About 60% of students are interns at our college. Our college offers degrees like B.Tech., BBA., BCA., etc.
Infrastructure: Our college has all the facilities and equipment, but it has no wi-fi campus. We have a well-maintained library, labs, and classrooms that are neat and clean, but in our college, the speed of the network does not work properly. The food is not good and well maintained, but we have the best ground to play sports like cricket, football, etc.
Faculty: In our college, the teachers are well qualified and educated, but some teachers are not helpful. They have a proper nature and attitude and are well-informed. We go on industry visits every semester. About the semester exams, it depends on your preparation and your knowledge; the minimum pass percentage is around 85 to 90%.
Other: I chose this course because we can apply for jobs in the public and private sectors as engineers or work as researchers according to our goals and needs.
I wish for faculty to focus on preparing students for a better tomorrow, ranking, etc.
Yes, our college is providing events, fests, campus crowds—all of these things are provided as activities.

The college is big, and the classes are well maintained.Faculty members are experienced and helpful.
Placements: In our college, at least 60% of students were placed last year. The highest package in our college was INR 14 lacs per annum. The lowest package in our college was INR 4 lacs per annum. The average package in our college was INR 5 lacs per annum. The top recruiting companies in our college are Infosys and TCS.
Infrastructure: The overall condition of the college is good. All classes are properly air-conditioned, which helps a lot in the summer. The computer labs at our college have systems in good condition and a stable internet connection. Proper gym facilities are available. The canteen is clean, and the person cooking there is also experienced. We have proper grounds for football and cricket and courts for basketball and volleyball.
Faculty: Yes, teachers are very knowledgeable and experienced. Some teachers are very helpful in the classroom. Teachers are super friendly and sometimes arrange extra classes for students who have doubts and all. All teachers are qualified; some of them are pursuing Ph.D.s, and some have even completed Ph.D.s.
Other: The college organises the fest every year. They have called celebrities like Parmish at our college. The college organises different types of activities and functions like singing, dancing, modelling, etc. The college has dedicated music and dance class rooms as well.

Our college provides good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Placements provided in our college are average. The average salary package offered is 3 LPA. Most of the students get placed on campus. Our college has an active T&P cell which helps students to get trained and to pass interview and coding rounds of the companies. Companies hire students who have good knowledge.
Infrastructure: Our college has the necessary infrastructure and is hygienic. It has a lot of facilities like libraries, sports centers, etc. Hostels are very good and have many facilities such as indoor and outdoor games, a music classroom, etc. Everything is well maintained in our college.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are very good, helpful, and well-qualified. Exams are not difficult.
Other: I chose this course to become a software developer.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is average. Wi-Fi is not available on campus. The hostel is only for girls. Boys have to search the hostel themselves. Our canteen is very costly.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful. Semester exams are average. The pass percentage is 35%. The teaching quality is good. Most of the teachers are friendly and well-educated.
Other: Our college offers many courses like B.Tech, M.Tech, BA, MA, MBA, etc. All faculty members are very good.

I am not satisfied with the infrastructure, but facilities are good.
Placements: Our college provides excellent placements. Put a little effort into your basics and communication to get a job at a good company. Around 70-80% of students are placed.
Infrastructure: Our college does not provide good infrastructure. Classrooms and laboratories are old but well-painted and maintained. The library is excellent. A huge playground is available. Living spaces are clean. Washrooms should be clean.
Faculty: The course curriculum is relevant. Our teachers are helpful and understanding, and they always motivate students to be enthusiastic about their work. Our teachers are not knowledgeable. Semester exams are easy.
