Mewat Engineering College (Wakf) Scholarships and Funding
Merit cum Means Scholarship (Ministry of Minority Affairs, Govt. of India)
The scheme is implemented through the national scholarship portal (NSP), it is mandatory for all students to apply online on the websites i.e. www.scholarships.gov.in for Merit cum means Scholarship (MOMA), Fresh and Renewal for their current academic year from the first of week of July to 31 October.
This scholarship will award 25,000 to day scholars and 30,000 to the hostellers who have secured not less than 50% marks on equivalent grade in the previous final examination and the annual income of whose parents/guardians from all sources does not exceed Rs.2.50 lakh.
National Handicapped Finance and Development Corporation
The Department of Disability Affairs, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Govt. of Haryana awards scholarship to differently-abled students at the extent of Rs. 31,000/- per annum for the whole duration of the programme. A number of students of MEC benefit from this scholarship each year.
