Placements: The college does have placements for electrical, electronics and telecommunication, biomedical, IT and computers but core fields like civil engineering and mechanical engineering will have to suffer as we didn't have any placements through the college, so we will have to depend on walk-ins or search outside. For placements, especially for civil and mechanical, look for drives in other colleges too.
Placements: There are not many companies visiting the campus but still TPO is trying to arrange more companies to the college. The maximum package offered was 4 LPA. Companies includes L&T, NIIT Technologies, etc. Mostly companies are in pool campus. We need to go to Galgotia or JSS for the interview and placement formalities.
Placements: On campus placement of Mahatma Gandhi College is not so appropriate. Although for 2016 batch recruitment was alright because of the startups from alumni came for hiring computer science students for the posts of software developer. But this year i.e. 2017, not many companies have offered software engineer post. Companies which visited this year are Maintech (network analyst, pay scale- 1.8lakhs P.A), Qspider (training institute), ATDrive (software developer, pay scale- 3 lakhs P.A.), Essel Shyam...
Placements: For IT, computers and E&TC, placements are good. A few companies visit the campus with an average package of 2.5 LPA. For mechanical, chemical and civil, they have to settle for IT companies or BPO jobs. The new placement coordinator from computers really has good connections in the industry and good opportunities are available for students.
Placements: For the civil department, the placement is very bad. We had only one company visiting us for placement which was Rustomjee and it was for the teaching profession. As fresh graduates are least interested in teaching, they got a poor response from us and left with only one placement. Our seniors also had a bad time getting placement. The package offered was approximately 1.8-2 lakhs per annum. Other departments like chemical, information technology, and EXTC have better placements. ...
Placements: Only a few MNCs visited the college. The placement is mostly for IT and computer science. The salary offered is around 2-3 L/annum. Capgemini, Philips, Sutherland are a few examples of companies that visited the college. No internship programme for the students. Placement cell should be available for student for query and issues.
Placements: The placement here is quite appreciating. Many big companies like Ford, Tata, Reliance etc. visit the college for placements. The highest package was from the Ford company with 4.5 LPA. It provides the students with good internships. The highest stipend for internships was 5000.
Placements: Placements network is not good in MGM. They do have a network cell and they promise good placement. However, it is not actually so. While entering the campus, there is a big board which talks about placements done but in reality, it's not so. At our time, out of 200 students, approximately 10 students were placed. 6 at Ericsson, Noida at a package of Rs 2.5 lac/annum. 4 at Grapecity, Noida at a package of Rs 3.5 lac/annum.
Placements: The placements here are not that good. When I was in final year only one company showed up with a package of 15000 per month. Other companies such as Stup and Marathon were scheduled for placement but it did not happen. The average package offered here is 2-3 LPA. The stipend for the master's course here is 8000 per month. Not many students go for the internship from my batch but finding an internship is our own effort as the college will not help you with that. ...
The college is overall good especially the mechanical department which is very nice. College has a very beautiful campus and playground. College celebrates a very great fest too. The faculty is co-operative. We do suffer water supply problem during summer, but overall, it is a nice option to do engineering. I'm proud to be a MGMite.
A small however good college located in the commercial sector of Noida (sector 62). The college is surrounded by other colleges and IT Park. Education wise and faculty wise, a good college with decent crowd. Friendly environment and different technical communities within the college, one can learn a lot. The only concern is the placements. The management needs to work on their placement program for the better status of college.
The first thing one is sure to notice, when anyone enters the campus of the college is the impressive academic building. College campus is awesome. Faculty members were helping in nature & always supportive. Labs are improved as compare to previous. But classrooms & other infrastructure need to improve. Also talking about annual fest, well it’s like nothing to do with students. It was kept only on Saturday-Sunday. Not even a dedicated week will allowed by principal. Same about the sports event. ...
Any student who wants to enrol in college for a better future & job assurance. Unfortunately, till 2014, campus placements were not active at MGM, but they are working on it & all the branches are getting a fair amount of opportunities now. Now, coming to faculty, civil engineering faculty members were good enough, I am not saying the best faculty ever, but there were some good teachers & lecturers. The canteen is something spacious and good for snacks. The location is at soon express highway. T...
College is very good. All staff members of the college are very friendly with students. Teaching is very good. No need of private classes for this college’s students. All staff members, including the principal, are co-operative with all the students. All systems in this college are superb. I love my college.
Very good discipline and facilities. The teaching staff is very good and a good number of students get selected through campus placement every year. The college provides scope for extra activities through different events organization. The campus has very good culture.
Placements: 80 percent students were placed in my time and I am graduate with B. Teach in computer Science and A. I. Many companies are came. Around 90 percnet students are selected for internship in wipro, infosis, teach mahendra ICICI bank and many companies are came.
Placements: The college is very good for placements, and some of the biggest companies come here for recruitment. The college staff is also very supportive in helping students improve their skills and abilities. There are opportunities for learning, earning, internships, and other facilities as well.
Placements: A very low percentage of students were placed. The highest is 8LPA Average: 5 LPA. the lowest: 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies : TCS, Reliance jio, etc. There is no internship given by college. There are no roles offered in college for your skill development or future.
Placements: I completed computer science. The total students in this course were around 120. The highest package for this college is INR 10 lakh; the average package is INR 4.5 to 5 lakh. Recruiting companies are TATA, Wipro, etc. About 80–85% of students get internships. The roles offered by this company are most likely software development, data scientists, etc.
