Placements: The Science courses generally are not awarded that well in terms of placements since majority of the students opt in for a Masters. But the famous companies visiting the campus for sciences are Dabur, Deloitte, Byju's, and Unacademy. Generally, the internships comprise technical roles and lab visits.
Placements: Majority of the placements, around 80 percent, are from Economics Honours, a few from Maths Honours, and then 1 or 2 students get placed from courses such as BAP, Political Science Honours. Last year, the highest placement was for 19 LPA, and the median package was 6 LPA, the lowest being around 3-4 LPA. Companies like Amazon, KPMG, Nation with Namo, and Barclays come to the campus for roles such as policy associate, data analyst, consultant, etc.
Placements: 21 lpa is the highest package and 4.5 lpa is the lowest package. Zee Media, Urbanclap, Thomson Reuters, IDBI Federal, Nexus, Tata, Wipro, Amazon, Byju's, etc. are the top recruiters. The number of offers last year was 69 and 51 offers for internships, with stipends ranging from 1500 to 35,000. Botany does not offer high-paying jobs, unlike other courses but we do have scope for research. Internships within the department during summer break are often sought after. Top roles offered are environme...
Placements: On Miranda House, at least 12.3% of students from the Maths department are placed. The highest package goes up to the range of 21 LPA, the median is 9 LPA, and the lowest package is 7 LPA. Top recruiting companies are DE Shaw, Nation with Namo, ZS Associates, Accenture, and many more.
Placements: 90% of students were placed among the ones who sat for the placements. Various students did internships in various labs and their different research projects. Our college also organized various research projects in which various students could participate and enhance their skills.
Placements: About 5 percent of students get placement from the college. The highest salary package is about 26 LPA, the average package is 12 LPA and the lowest package given is 7 LPA. Aditya Birla, ECom Express, ICICI, Make My Trip, Beshaw, etc. are some of the top recruiters. HR, finance, consultant, analyst, customer relationship manager, etc. are some of the top roles offered.
Placements: No Miranda house BSC Hons physics do not give direct college placements because it's not a specialization course. Students in this course are either the one who want to study further like MSC PhD and research training or can go for government exams preparation like SSC, CGL, UPSC etc. College provide internship but it's not like the BTech college in this internship students learn about research.
Placements: Since, I'm pursuing bsc botany honours which is not sufficient for a good placement but in order to get that, students must have done masters then phd; all this combination will definitely bring you a good placement. As stated in some data it's around 8.96 lpa to 9.45 lpa for an average student. Also as it's a renowned college student focuses more on government exams like UPSC and even many got selected. Further, we can become botanist, researcher, professor and all these post comes with time a...
Placements: Only a few students were placed. In case of internship its very good many students got it. In case of companies not many visit to the college, in this aspect Miranda is quite lagging behind. It should make more efforts towards but it isn't that bad, you won't regret for choosing it.
Placements: 90% of students were placed. We didn't get enough information about this, but we know that most of the pass-out students get really good jobs inside and outside of India. Many of the UPSC toppers are from our college as well. Some of them are active public speakers, renowned by many people.
Placements: The placement is very low in Miranda House, Delhi University, for B.Sc. courses. However, placement for B.A. and B.Com students is good. There are many internships offered to students in our college during the summer break as well as part-time internships, and some are paid internships.
Placements: As it was a Bachelors degree, very few students opt for placements, but the placement cell is very active, and you can easily get an internship or job, but for undergraduate students, the salary package is very low. The highest package may go upto 8 LPA and the lowest can be 2 LPA. Top roles offered in my course was for coaching institute recruitment; otherwise, low-paid jobs of marketing, etc. Students majorly go for Masters instead of placements.
Placements: I have completed my Bachelor's in Zoology Honours (undergraduate) from Miranda House, University of Delhi. I was in the 2019–2022 batch. The placement cell at Miranda is the most active one among all colleges in Delhi University. The highest package usually goes around 40 to 45 LPA, and the minimum goes around 8 to 10 LPA. The top recruiting companies are DE Shaw, Accenture, Goldman Sachs, Genpact, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, etc. According to me, almost 70 percent of students get placed all over...
Placements: The placement cell at Miranda House is quite effective and inclusive. A student from mathematics with honors got placed in good companies like Infosys as the data analyst intern with a 12–14 LPA. It gives the opportunity for an internship as well during college time.
Placements: The placement cell of our college is very nice. It offers many opportunities for students. It has 50–60% students placed. The package offered by the college is 1.25 LPA. Top recruiting company are Physics Wallah, DLF, PreGrad, etc. Almost 70% of my batchmates are practicing internship under DSKC and other Institutes.
Placements: Very few students sit for placement after a Bachelor in Chemistry; most go either for a Masters or a competitive exam. It is not about placement here, but the skills acquired matter more. So, if one is looking for exposure and not money or salary, one can come here. It would be fruitful here, indeed.
Placements: About 35–40 percent of students get placed from our course. The highest package was 24 LPA, and the average package was 11 LPA. De Shaw, Tech Mahindra, Barclays, and ICICI Bank were the top recruiters. There were lots of research and technical internships offered in the department.
Placements: When I was in college, it was lockdown time, so not a lot of companies visited our college, but a few were there to provide internships and placements to students. One of my friends got placed in an MNC and got a package of nearly 6 LPA. But, nowadays the placement percentage is really good as many of my juniors got placements and internships, especially for CS students, it is easy to make a resume effective.
Placements: Honesty I have not that much proper information about the placement things but as the data say Miranda's Placements are very well maintained as it is the NIRF ranking 1 college from past seven years. Roles offered in our courses are software engineers, coders, front end develops and much more.
