Pretty average college. Placement is ok . IT companies recruit in bulk. Faculty standard below average. Not much emphasis on education. Boy's Hostel was the only good thing about the college. If you are looking for quality education, then not at all. If you are looking for employment after college, then maybe yes.

MIT AOE is a branch of MIT Kothrud, but both have different campus. MIT AOEs location is almost outside Pune, Alandi, which you can say is a village. Campus is quite small but clean and pretty. Faculty members are good and helping. Proper computer labs are installed and you can have complete access to labs, 24*7 on request. All placement activities are held at the main campus, i.e. MIT Kothrud, which is good thing. You will get placement if you are average guy. No Baseball or Cricket ground, jus...

SAOE campus compresses all the major engineering departments. Located in the outskirts of the city, the faculty comprises of experienced teachers with good knowledge of their respective subjects. The Campus drives conducted are satisfactory depending on the students over all academic performance.

Good faculty, is known for its strong engineering programs.

Placements: 50% got internships for this year. It is actually changing every year. It was larger in past years but getting less placed in those years. 28-35 is the highest, 4 is the lowest, and 12-15 is average. Cisco, Infosys, Tata, and many other companies visit our college. It was less this time; not many students got internships. I don't have any idea about that.

No campus life and Infrastructure.

Placements: Nice placement for only CSE, no placement for Mech or other branches. Packages are less CTC and not worth the degree. Won't recommend this college for placements or campus life. Either go for MIT WPU or any other college in the same category if you are looking for good campus life.

Good infrastructure but dissatisfied with the placements.

Placements: Talking about the mechanical department, from the batch of 2019, only 20% of the students were placed. The highest package was INR 5 LPA, the lowest was INR 1.2 LPA and the average package was INR 2.5 LPA - INR 3 LPA. There were only few top recruiters such as Michelin, JSW Steel. Also in some cases only the registration for the company was completed but the companies never came back for recruitment. Only 10% of the students got internship. The top roles offered were: GET (Sales), GET (Design), ...

Review of MIT Academy of Engineering.

Placements: As this year, everyone knows from TV or newspaper that the diesel industry had been shut down and electrics vehicle are coming in India. So the job requirements for mechanical engineers are actually going down. But if we take the scenario of MIT placements, then I can give you the advice to opt for different branch rather than mechanical. Actually, in 2019, almost 50% of the students get placed from our college. The highest salary package offered was 17 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was...

Overall, our college is fine, but you may get disappointed with the campus.

Placements: The number of placements has increased here from the last two batches. Because of college autonomy status, many companies are visiting, so campus placements have increased. The highest salary package offered in the previous batch was 15 LPA, which was pretty good.
