Placements: Our college doesn't have any placement cell as the college doesn't organise placement drives. People generally get internships and jobs through off-campus drives according to their needs. Being an arts college, off-campus recruitment is a common practice in colleges of Mumbai.
Placements: Our college organised on-campus placement drives where reputed companies like Deloitte, Citi Group, Infosys, Reliance, JP Morgan, etc., visited our campus and interviewed students. A fair number of students are placed through on-campus placements itself. Their annual package would lie between 1.8 LPA to 7 LPA over time. Roles offered were entry-level, as associates.
Placements: Our college provides good placements. Up to 75% of the students got placed through college placements. The highest salary offered was 7.40 LPA, and the average salary offered was in between 3 LPA to 3.50 LPA. Companies that visited our college were ICICI Bank, Angel Brokers, etc. They offered the marketing jobs and many more to the placed students. There is a placement cell in our college, and it helps the students to get placements.
Placements: The placements provided by the college are quite good. We were able to connect with huge companies like KPMG, ICICI, etc. We had a great learning experience. We got to know the requirements in the corporate world, and it was a great opportunity to learn something new and explore our interests since many companies from media to accounting sectors visit the campus for placements.
Placements: The placement cell of our college not only guides you to get into big firms but teaches you to present yourself and to build your CV. They guide us to get better articleships with proper payments. They always help the students in getting placed in multinational companies.
Placements: Placements provided in the college were amazing, and the packages offered were higher than expected. Some students even managed to bag 6 LPA packages being B.Com graduates only. Many students (who are familiar to me) managed to get a package of 3 LPA to 4 LPA, which was way better than what other colleges could get you.
Placements: In January 2017, the college conducted campus drives, where the companies which are mostly unlisted ones arrived to pick the candidates. The profile offered was basically data analyst and data entry, since it was particularly for B.Com and BMS. The placement ratio was 10%. The average package offered was Rs. 2.35 lacs per annum, the highest package Rs 8.2 LPA, and the lowest package is 1.8 LPA. The placement cell was not active with respect to promote the campus, and many students were even not ...
Placements: Placements in our college are very good. It provides opportunities to get placed in reputed companies of India. Nearly 50-60% of the students get placed every year. The highest package offered is 6 LPA, and the lowest package offered is 3 LPA. Companies like Cipro, Tata, etc., visited the campus. Students were offered assistant manager role. Nearly 20-30% of the students get internships. The highest stipend offered was Rs. 30,000 and the lowest was Rs. 10,000. The college has a placement cell, a...
Placements: The college provides us with placement opportunities and even internship opportunities to gain practical experience. Though the percentage of students placed was comparatively less, but the companies that visit the college are well-reputed. Students are offered good roles regarding their respective programmes.
Placements: The placements for our batch were pretty decent. Out of 60 around half of the strength appeared for the placements and nearly all of them were placed. The placement process was long and had a lot of prerequisites but the placements were satisfactory.
Placements: Many companies like ICICI Bank, TCS, etc., visit our college and provide opportunities for students to start their career. Multinational companies also provide job opportunities for students. Our college provides training in group discussions, communication, etc., for students to get placed.
Placements: The placements of the college are excellent. We can take admission in this college. Many reputed companies like Tata and Maruti visited our campus for placements. The salary packages offered are good.
Placements: The placements are really good. I got some amazing internships to start with and then chose to continue in one as an employee. It's actually necessary to get in such a good college as your future prospects of getting a good job and career will become true. Around 80% of the students per batch got placements, and the highest package offered was around 10 LPA.
Placements: We have a very good placement and training cell which attracts many companies like Morgan Stanley, Ola, Amazon, etc., to provide excellent industry exposure for the students. We have regular industry visits to motivate the students. Everyone gets placed in a very good company.
Placements: The placement committee offers great support to the students by training them in resume writing, group discussion, interview, grooming etc. These sessions are quite helpful, but placements in the college are below average. The students do not opt for placement procedure as they are mainly focusing on their postgraduation. Due to which the average salary offered is also low, which is around Rs. 3 Lacs per annum. Most of the placements are offered to commerce and management students.
Placements: The placement committee in college offers various sessions to students like soft skills, presentation skills, grooming, and business etiquettes. These sessions help students to improve the chances to get placed in a good company. The college has a placement committee, which is not active to that extent because most of the students opt out of placements as they want to pursue higher education. Also, all the companies visit the campus to offer placements for commerce and management students but no...
Placements: Excellent placement opportunities are provided to students on the campus. The students in this college are offered more salary packages than what is offered in the market to other students. The internships offered to students are also good. The only disadvantage is that all the colleges of SVKM attend together for placements, so one needs to crack the placement interviews to get the best job.
Placements: Many companies like Infosys, KPMG, E&Y, etc., visit the campus to offer placements. It provides a good opportunity for the students to get the best placements. The companies conduct interviews and select the most suitable and deserving candidates.
Placements: No placement was offered for the students of our batch. Only a few students opted to work during the summer vacation. The college didn't promise us about placements from the beginning. This college does not provide any placements for the students of life sciences like biochemistry, microbiology and biotechnology.
Placements: The placements for the students of science stream are not par compared to other streams and are not worth the hard work. Commerce students are not provided with good placements. Reputed companies visit the campus and offer fair packages to the BMS students. Overall, it is difficult to get a good placement on campus.
